familyWe booked 2 garden cottages and the view was awesome, however they have some foul smell on the ground floor and no amount of staff effort was able to solve the issue. Rooms bathroom have a seepage issue specially the one which has their boundary with apple orchard. Food was average and if you don't book a buffet with them then ala carte will take forever to come.

Perfect location for peaceful and tranquil mountain views. We cud start the hampta pass trek from the resort. We stayed for 5 days and everyday looked forward for the dinner buffet as it had variety and was to our taste. Our family room was very spacious and well maintained. Staff is very polite and helpful. Property and amenities are very good. Just it is far from the mall road so you cannot come and go as you please otherwise it was a pleasant stay

familyWe have booked the Maharaja Suite for 6 nights. Our stay was awesome 😎. The resort was beautiful and clean. Room service was quite fast. The entire staff was courteous and paying full attention towards our needs. Specially Sapna ma'am from the travel desk, she has suggested various places to visit and made all the arrangements for Rohtang pass like permits/paper work. Food was really good and had various options.

Poor Stay

familyThe location is far from central manali. The rooms are ok. They need to improve a lot on hospitality. We were 4 of us. Every-time we had to ask for towels and hand towels. I had given my cloths for laundry which they spoiled.

familyVery good stay we where in premier suites excellent view of the valley and snow peak glaciers. Hotel staff was excellent in behaviour very polite. Amenities was outstanding.

Stay at whitest-one glacier room

It was a wonderful stay at this new resort which is hardly 4yrs old. Excellent hospitality. First thing - we had booked for ham-ta room - they had upgraded us to glacier room which was quite big and snow capped mountains view side. Centralised heating. Food was good but pretty costly. Breakfast had good serve, they agreed for customising it to our choice which was again so good. Bonfire on saturday. Apple trees. Overall a best stay at this resort.
