Hi, I had a great stay! The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really helpful. The food was delicious and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend it to others

excellent view from room, excellent room decoration and hotel ambience, excellent staff behaviour, excellent food quality and good location.. only one thing if you want to go mall you have have to wire a reserve car. no option to go mall on feet.

unhygienic, heater was not available and rooms are different than they look in photos totally a waste of money

1. I booked the hotel for 3 nights, they must replace the bedsheets and pillow cover everyday. We have use the same for 3 nights. 2. Shower was not working. 3. Electricity cut was about 4 times. It must resume by standby dg asap. The standby dg must start automatically and immediately. 4. Wifi was only working for 1 day, other 2 days not working. Even after asking them they said we are checking one by one. 3. My rooms tv was having issues, which was fixed afterwards. 4. The hotel rooms are average. No zero lights available for night sleeping time. 5. Complimentary water only given 1 bottle. It should at-least 1 bottle each day. 6. Food was good. 7. Room delivery was also good. 8 as this is hilly area so hot water available 24x7

The hotel was clean and well located. Had to use Google maps to reach there. The access road is narrow. But the staff there was well behaved.

Very bed experience and this type room available on 700/800 rupees easily very high room charge and hotel staff very bed bed

It was my first travel after covid-19 pandemic and i was little bit worried and scared too. But to my surprise the hotel mountain face hygienic and precautions by staff made my day. The campfire at evening time for all guests is the most enjoyable time and remarkable. Will definitely stay here only whenever i visit manali again.

Avg food and we didnt get valley ciew rooms

This hotel is perfect for all kinds of stays, whether with friends or family. The property has a spectacular view of the hills right outside of the balcony. The rooms are spacious and service is generous! only 10 min from mall road and old manali. Quite and not far off the staff was humble and even we were the only ones in the hotel for a night they made sure we fed and entertained well. With scrumptious food and bonfires!

Room location was great, nice view from room and balcony. Food was OK there are more scopes to improve the menu. Staff are helpful. Smooth check in and out. Power backup is there. In some previous reviews found that hot problem is here but for us didn't faced such issue. In short it's just value for money.
