Royal Park Resorts and spa ( A River side Resort )

The property was quite nice, but it was in the ghat type that's why it was difficult to find. The food was too delicious. The service was too good. The half of the amenities was not there like bath rope, newspaper and some more.

Had a great time there, played games, had buffet which tasted delicious and with that the hospitality was also too good. Would have liked it more if it had something related to music as well.

Stay was good, Room and facility was good. I would like to highlight an important issue - Hotel management was playing DJ till 1.00 am on 31st Night without taking consent from all customers. I believe everyone of you will agree that you go to hotel to sleep not to listen loud music. When I checked in I heard music was playing in closed hall, I raised concern to not raise voice as I want to sleep. They assured of no noise as my room was on third floor, but they started playing music outside the hall after 10.30 pm. This is absolutely not acceptable as a customer. Reception guys said it was on customer demand. But they did not considered us as a customer, neither informed us few days in advance so that we could change the hotel. If you are running a hotel for people's comfort please take care of that. You have no right to compromise with it and play your own agenda on the cost of customers comfort. We pay you for sleeping, not to hear noise till 1:00 am. Readers, I am sorry if you felt my words are harsh, but such things should stop. I have given three star for good room, good view and good food. So please check with them if you are choosing this hotel if they have some other plans at night. Rest was okay.

It is very far from the mall road, and not comfortable for old age people, there is no dhaba, restaurant near to hotel, you have to go to mall road which is very far, you have to take taxi

Good hotel with centrally heating option, good restaurant and complimentary breakfast also tasted good

Due to heavy rain we are unable to continue stay hotel but here people not ready refund amount for two days wast our money even not get heater n food delay service

We stayed there for 4 nights , it was pleasant stay, hospitality was very good, Food was also very tasty. We booked luxury rooms, it was very spacious & beautiful view. Overall nice experience.

Good hospitality and room service, location is also good with scenic view of Mountains. Only suggestion is to include a proper heater in every room with heater charges included in room cost only. As the portable heater provided (at extra charge) is also not sufficient to heat up the room. One has to sit in front of the heater to benefit from it (not possible all the time). Also provide a better Geyser as we have to wait for long time to get hot water.

Poorly maintained property, serious maintenance of property and better option on food section is required

Quiet location under budget nice garden with sports like tt & pool also have spa facility available

Hotel was ok. Rooms were good. Little away from city center. I booked room for 2 days with breakfast and dinner. 2nd day they cancel-led buffet and just served limited food items at table. Even quality was not sufficient. Need to ask multiple times to repeat the starter. That was little bit upset for me as i faced 1st time this experience that any cancel buffet and forced to serve limited food to you.

Food - 0- star location was reachable but the room (that says river / mountain view) was pathetic. All you see ia trash behind the balcony. Room was absolute pathetic for the amount we paid. Broken entry door lock, dirty cupboads. They keep ac control with themselves. Hence you need to call reception every-time you wish to change the ac temperature. Not to forget the rude staff. Overall, zero star.
