Terrible Stay

No proper arrangement for 4 person. Only 1 double bed in lying in room for 4 people. The material like mattress bed sheet blankets are in poor condition bathroom is not hygienic all over experience is very poor and bad.

Location, food and service

Location is good for whos not like to stay in crowd areas or stay for long time but location is far for main manali u need to have some vehicles for travel and there are no parking area. Food was waste of money. Room service boy was mad he always ringing door well without reason. In the room lots of power cut and tv not working.
I thing they not follow any safety standards. I not see anybody at reception area room service was very poor. Floor was dirty. Water leeks in washroom.

Terrible Stay

Hotel rooms was not up to mark. There were no glasses for windows so air was coming easily to make your room more chilled. Rest staff was good. Location is too far. If you there is snow fall you will not get vehicle to move from hotel. Road were blocked due snow fall. It's in too interior. Food was yummy. I liked the most. I can give 5 stars for food only. For room, I will give 3 stars. Room service 4 Star. Only problem was location.

Hotel staff behavior good, one call they come for service. Location is also good hotel 50 meters distance restaurant that best thing for food facility. Hotel staff arranges taxi with reasonable price. And last hotel at best at this price and location wise.
