Hill river resort by West Western

It was a wonderful experience with Hill river resort and I really loved their hospitality and the behaviour of staff. They are very polite and always ready for the help and the rooms were spacious with modern amenities and the view was incredible. I enjoyed food and their quick services made it very praiseworthy. I would highly recommend this property to all who are planning to visit Manali. They have full night open restaurant and this is the best for who arrived late night at Hill river resort by West Western. Much appreciated!

This is a great Hill river resort by West Western. Our family are currently staying here on a weekend getaway. the staff cares much about guests. Its a phenomenal location near Mall Road and all other tourist attraction places ,coupled with great customer service, this property is top notch including all the amenities , kids playing area , full gym access , good parking space and restaurant with great snowy peek mountain and beas river view. In short , our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed a lot .

stay was awesome and food also good & tasty. and specially thanks to Mr. Bobo and receptionist gir in don't know her name but .both have very good behaviour and they was very helpful. only I have 2 point just for suggestion you have to foucused on maintenance in the room coz door manual lock is too hard & AC was not working and I called in night 2 time on reception but no one come to fix this issue. overall everything was awesome with Hill River Resort . thankyou

This resort is the place where you feel like home. When we entered in the Hill river resort by West Western they welcomed very well, there are many kinds of room with affordable prices, they organized bonfire night for us and the very important thing the support staff was so humble and polite specially nanisha ma'am the receptionist

The Hotel is located near Mall road and you can view scenic beauty of snow capped mountains. Food is good. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. All the required amenities are there. There is a play area for kids. Also it has resturant and gym. If you are looking for beautiful and clean Hotel go for it.

Feeling glad to write that the hospitality and behaviour of entire staff working here is exceptional. Everyone's smiling faces create a healthy and positive environment. Also, food quality and taste is amazing. Last but not the least, a big THANK YOU to Hill River Resorts' entire team.😊

Room has all luxury amenities. Service and staff is really very good they are always ready to help you in each and every manner. Highly recommended for couples and families.

We had a great experience. The Hill river resort by West Western is at a peaceful spot in Aleo, away from the crowd. The bonfire area is amazing for chilling with friends. Food was fresh and staff was always smiling.

Hill river resort by West Western is near mall road, but rates are expensive as compared to rooms they provide.

Excellent room, neat and clean. Awesome view from balcony. Great for kids as the room had plenty of space. Food was superb.
