Our room rates are quite reasonable compared to other 4-star hotels in Manali, especially considering the facilities, amenities, and location we offer. The property has been fully renovated recently, both inside and outside, to provide a fresh and comfortable experience. Regarding food choices, we have a wide variety on our menu. If only parantha was ordered during the stay, that’s what would have been served — but it doesn’t mean there were no other options. Our team is always happy to guide guests through the menu if needed. Cleanliness and service are top priorities for us, and we continuously work to maintain high standards in both. We apologize if the service and cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We truly value guest feedback, and your comments have been shared with our team for review and improvement.
