Perfect Vacation Stay at Hil River Resort by West Western I recently stayed at Hil River Resort by West Western and had a perfect experience during my vacation. The hotel is conveniently located on the way to Nagar Highway, just a short walk from Mall Road. The in-house restaurant serves fresh and delicious food, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The hotel also offers indoor games, a children’s play area, and a beautiful lawn where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Thank you for the warm hospitality. It was a wonderful experience with Hill river resort and I really loved their hospitality and the behaviour of staff. They are very polite and always ready for the help and the rooms were spacious with modern amenities and the view was incredible. I enjoyed food and their quick services made it very praiseworthy. I would highly recommend this property to all who are planning to visit Manali. They have full night open restaurant and this is the best for who arrived late night at hotel. Much appreciated!

If only parantha was ordered during the stay, that’s what would have been served — but it doesn’t mean there were no other options. I stayed at this hotel on 8th June to 10th June and the experience was disappointing. The room was not at all like that shown in the picture , the staff was unhelpful, and basic amenities like Washroom was too smelly, I expected a much higher standard. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Great place to stay in Manali

This is a great hotel. Our family are currently staying here on a weekend getaway. the staff cares much about guests. Its a phenomenal location near Mall Road and all other tourist attraction places ,coupled with great customer service, this property is top notch including all the amenities , kids playing area , full gym access , good parking space and restaurant with great snowy peek mountain and beas river view. In short , our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed a lot .

This resort is the place where you feel like home. When we entered in the hotel they welcomed very well, there are many kinds of room with affordable prices, they organized bonfire night for us and the very important thing the support staff was so humble and polite specially nanisha ma'am the receptionist

The Hotel is located near Mall road and you can view scenic beauty of snow capped mountains. Food is good. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. All the required amenities are there. There is a play area for kids. Also it has resturant and gym. If you are looking for beautiful and clean Hotel go for it.
