I had a wonderful experience at Hill River resort By west weatern Hotel. Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and friendly staff. Good Stay
Room Service and Front desk is Excellent. Food is 4/5. Location is 3/5 if your priority is centre of the city like Mall road coz it's a bit far. But the quality of rooms you get is fabulous and deliver a good value for money.

We had an overnight stay here in August, the days of land slides, before we started our full circuit Spiti Valley drive. Food is excellent and tasty bu Staff is excellent but the owner is a gentleman. He helped us to plan our trip better and encouraged us to do full Spiti rather than coming back from Kaza.

Perfect Vacation Stay at Hil River Resort by West Western I recently stayed at Hil River Resort by West Western and had a perfect experience during my vacation. The hotel is conveniently located on the way to Nagar Highway, just a short walk from Mall Road. The in-house restaurant serves fresh and delicious food, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The hotel also offers indoor games, a children’s play area, and a beautiful lawn where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to others!

Hill River Resort is Hidden Gem in manali just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall road . Apple space of parking which is biggest challenge in Hills . check in process is very smooth, room really very good with all luxury amenities speacailly hot and cold Ac which a blessing in manali. they lot activities in house like gym , garden , swings, playing zone and much more staff is really very good and welcoming, food quality is also very good. highly recommended 👌 if you are coming to Manali

Superb services
It was a wonderful experience with Hill river resort and I really loved their hospitality and the behaviour of staff. They are very polite and always ready for the help and the rooms were spacious with modern amenities and the view was incredible. I enjoyed food and their quick services made it very praiseworthy. I would highly recommend this property to all who are planning to visit Manali. They have full night open restaurant and this is the best for who arrived late night at hotel. Much appreciated!

Hotel is overrated. Price is high as per the service provided. New Outside but old structure inside. Poor Foods except Parantha and Less choices. Overall Hotel needs improvement in service as well as cleaniness. Average Stay. Rating : 2.5

Bad Experience
I stayed at this hotel on 8th June to 10th June and the experience was disappointing. The room was not at all like that shown in the picture , the staff was unhelpful, and basic amenities like Washroom was too smelly, I expected a much higher standard. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
