    When we reached the hotel was completely dark… there was no one in the property and it took more than 5 minutes to find someone… they said since it is off season we have turned off all the lights… it was scary being in a huge property which is completely dark… then they took us to our room but AC didn’t work there… finally we decided to not stay in this hotel as the location was also very far from mall road and old manali… so completely disappointed with this booking as the whole amount was a waste as we didn’t stay in this property. Please try if we can get refund for this

    Location was terrible..road was totally broken and filled with water...i could hardly turn my vehicle...then the whole hotel was empty...and staff even denied to serve snacks in the evening saying the they could not get the snacks for one guest only...that was terrible to hear....only after i lost my temper they managed to provide the snacks we wanted. They didnt provide us with the welcome drink as mentioned . The Manager whose number is available online was not polite at all. Some of the staff was polite while serving breakfast on table. But over all the experience was not good at all infact it was terrible.

    The room provided was having very good view of snow capped mountains. The food was very tasty. The staff behaviour was very good. This place is good to stay as it is quite near to mall road. The services provided and cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

    Incompetent staff, room with no view given, patheic room quality and could not provide bill for the food and other consumables

    We booked a hill view room we were given a room facing another hotels window so close that i could jump into it. After insisting for a change a room was given were i had to open the window and lean out to see anything decent enough. Room had old furniture and top room had fibre ceiling so with all night rains the sound was horrible. There was no exhaust or ventilation in room. Some kind of rancid smell in the room. Parking management was horrible. We had to check out at 6am and i had to drive and backup a dirty old pickup truck myself to clear the way for my car. There is no road to the hotel you need to go completely off-road with giant potholes and streams of dirty water running down so never attempt to walk in or out of the hotel. The staff is so idiotic that after checking out at 6 am i got a call at 6 pm when i had reached home that when will i be checking out as they did not have any bils or information. Mm t was no help whatsoever even after spending 2 hours fighting for a room or hotel change. Never will be booking again through them or stay in this disgusting hotel.

    Value for money with great food but the service left a lot to be desired

    We came to stay here with another couple and there were some problems with their stay and they might have mentioned that in their review so i'll tell you about our experience. The room was okay but the bedsheets and blankets were dirty and even the replacements they bought were dirty. When asked to change them they said this is all we've got and you have to live with this. Most employees there does not know how to talk to guests. Sometimes they make you so mad but we had to live with this as we couldn't get another room at that time. Food was tasty though. The food improved our experience there a lot. Mostly everything we ordered was yummy with a few exceptions. All in all, wouldn't stay here again but can come to their resturant for the food.

    The worst service i've ever got but at least the food was great

    They displayed very poor customer service from the point of check in to check out. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples but when we came to the hotel they started showing us joined double room when we had paid for 2 separate and costlier rooms. After we refused to stay at those joined room they showed us the "premium rooms" which are just their standard rooms. We had paid for the honeymoon suite but they didn't give us our room instead they stuck us with those standard premium room. They showed remarkable level of incompetence when handling guests to the point that they kept saying if you don't like the room go find another hotel. But we had already paid for the rooms and we weren't getting our money back and we had to go look for another hotel in the state of extreme fatigue and with so much luggage. So we had no other choice but to stay in their standard room while we had paid for the upper tier room. They didn't ever offer anything to at-least try to mitigate the situation and when we suggested something first they agreed but when when the time came, they changed that deal too. I've no idea how they can take our money for the same room and give that room to someone else and when we demand the room we paid for, they say go find another hotel. The rooms they gave us didn't even had clear bedsheets and blankets and when we said to change them they sent us more unclean bedsheets and when we said to bring some clean covers they said they didn't had any and this is what we're gonna get. All this made our first day of the vacation the worst one. We didn't even order any food from them because of the disservice showed by them. But next day we were tired and thought what the worst that can happen if ordered the food so we did and we were pleasantly surprised to find the food so tasty. The best thing of this hotel was the food.

    The room service is little late in beginning but after complaining they provide better room service. Otherwise, the rooms are worth for value. And food is tasty but little expensive. And overall our stay is good.
