Owner who doesn’t stay at property, Doesn’t know how to talk with guests. He even threatened us. The door for the property doesn’t lock, The wifi is signal is useless. There’s no assistance in night time from reception

Let me start how shameless fellow he is :- First he called me regarding offline booking I refuse him because it's a weekend & single day booking we don't want because of late checkout & all. After that he booked on MMT & Story starts. Before closing the kitchen at 11:00 PM, our staff ask him regarding water or anything else he required from our end that time he said no everything is fine. It's clearly mentioned in our listing we don't provide 24*7 support because staff needs proper rest as well in morning we need to prepare guest breakfast as well. Between 12 -1 AM he start calling hotel mobile number like IDOITS. Now in morning when we cross check the Mobile & called him regarding this incident he said open DHABA & all lot's of bullshits. First of all if you high on drugs or Alcohol at nights it doesn't mean everyone is free to cheer you guys it's clearly mentioned 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM is quite time at the properly & we don't provide any service in that time too. If you are well educated I'm sure you will respect the property rules as well.! You booked for one day doesn't mean you purchase all our staff we are your personal servant 24*7. DoorLock is fine & WIFI 200mbps

The property is absolutely beautiful. The cottages are so cosy. Apart from that, Abhay the host of MG is phenomenal, he is so warm and accommodating. He ensured that we had one of the best trips of our lifetime. The food is amazing and so is the service. Would love to visit them again!

Very beautiful property situated in an apple orchard. The entire orchard was snowy white and added extra beauty to the property. The room was nice and cosy. The view of the snow capped mountains from the room and balcony was excellent. The host mr. Abhay is very nice and helpful. Bonfire in the orchard added extra warmth to the stay. The property is not very far from the mall road. Room inside lighting needs improvement. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay.
