Well maintained property with great service. Breakfast buffet could have been better in terms of number of items and the taste too. The items we chose from alacarte menu were good especially dahi kebabs. The heated pool was soothing.

Location of the property is awesome near to the tea estates surrounded by hills, the food is great specially cheese based items. All season swimming pool, steam bath and gym perfectly maintained. The rooftop bar and dinning is beautiful venue. We were here with our dog and he enjoyed in lawns the room service was appreciable and staff was polite. My only suggestion would be to enlarge the food menu specially snacking and himachali dishes.

Utterly unprofessional hotel. Bed sheet and quilt cover were used ones from the previous customer. Hotel is in the city and not amid-st the tea garden. Highly disappointing experience.

The hotel has a lovely view of the tea garden estate. We have taken a suite room, but the washroom is too small, not very well maintained, and requires maintenance. Overall, the room is okay. The food is not great, and the quality and preparation require a lot of improvement.

Clean rooms and food is tasty. Facilities like swimming pool and gym are very good. Staff is very courteous.

Most amazing about this property is you see snow mountains and tea garden from balcony just mesmerising view. And indoor and heated swimming pool is cheery on the top. Me and my family had a great time.

A serene spot nestled in the tea gardens of palampur, with wonderful views of the snow capped peaks of the dhauladhar range. Welcoming hospitality. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday

Property location is very nice and the view from the room is also nice. But since it is not a branded property it doesn’t match the standards in terms of amenities, its mire like a conventional hotel. Food is tasty.

I must say that this resort is an excellent option to stay in palampur. Far from all the crowd but having all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and has an excellent view of dhauladhar range. This resort has limited rooms so all the hotel staff gives you a personal attention, gives a very personalized and special feeling. Food is excellent and the chef was courteous enough to customize and cater to our needs. Resort has excellent heated pool, spa, sauna, steam and gym. We also met the owner mr dinesh butail. What a gentlemen! we had an amazing time with him tasting variety of tea and listening some wonderful songs sang by him. Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect stay at infinite a team resort at palampur. I will definitely visit again.

Well my family had a nice and warm stay here. I had booked 3night stay for my family. After their return they mentioned how they really enjoyed the stay with a beautiful mountain view. Food was good and the staff was also nice and well behaved. Seeing them happy i would suggest my friends and neighbours to visit this place. Inf-act planning myself to visit this place this summer.

Very good, clean, spacious rooms and resort set among-st tea gardens. Easily accessible and travel to dharamsala, bier etc. Restaurant also good value for money in taste, quality, portion of meals. Overall excellent stay with family

Amazing boutique property. We're have been given option to select first floor or second floor. And after checking view from balcony, selected second floor. Amazing view. Good food but on expensive side. Extremely helpful support staff. There's heated pool, do not forget to carry swimming costume, which unfortunately we did.
