The staff was arrogant and not cooperative. Secondly, the room was not as per the requisite mentioned. There was garbage all around the property from my window. Thirdly, the morning breakfast was not of appropriate quality.

I stayed at this hotel for a night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean

It's average hotel No any other activities available like pool park play area spa etc and average breakfast

The food quality and taste is awesome. Whoever is the chef he is marvelous. I never expected i would get such yummy food.

Very good location, spacious and clean rooms

Rooms were little smelly… very less choice of pure veg food. There was not common balcony room showed to us but they were saying to book this room to make money

Right from the welcome drinks lovely mock-tail rooms surprisingly clean and fresh but do remember to carry your own handwash as that was a big thing missing in bathroom as we arrived on saturday dinner in the restaurant was soo nice one of best dinner we ever had as live music was soo soothing the clap box instrument was better than a drum-set lovely like all there song if you don't get a room as it's booked fully most of the time do come for dinner on saturday night that's an experience in itself also morning breakfast was very lavish atleast lot of healthy options like papaya, dalia, boiled eggs, sambhar vada fresh curd and stuffed pranthas cornflakes milk not to mention other unhealthy options like canned juice which is mostly dissolved sugar, sandwiches friend potatoes rest parking is very abundant check in and check out was a breeze thanks to neha and anil ji best place to visit in palampur if not staying then one can have dinner on saturday night

My parents stayed here, they gave me good feedback except one negtive. They said tv was not working.

Good points: the location was good. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and attentive. Considering the price that they charge few things could've been better e. G. There's no secured parking. The parking is at owner's risk. The check in time was a bit late(2 pm. Also there was a lot of noise by other guests from other rooms which could've been managed better.
