The stay at the hotel was excellent.Location was pretty good...We could see whole dharamshala from the hotel. The property is beautiful with greenery allover and service was very good too. The only negative point I found was that rooms very really small and food didnt taste as per the five star expectations

Disappointing Stay – Overcrowded Breakfast & Limited Cart

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The most frustrating issue was the breakfast hall, which was severely overcrowded every morning. We had to wait 20–30 minutes just to be seated, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The stress of standing in line first thing in the morning really impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the hotel provides very few carts or vehicles for internal transport, which made getting around the property inconvenient and time-consuming—especially for guests with mobility concerns or families with children. While the staff was polite and the property itself has potential, these operational shortcomings made our visit less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves guest logistics in the future.

The hotel is exceptional with amazing views. The service is a little slow, but good. The interior of the rooms is excellent, but not all rooms have a good view. The room description for the view does not match MMT room description.

it was a very nice property. feel good after stay there for 4 days. spa facilities are also good. there a girl name manu is very good in massage. food is good but over priced.
