Absolute dirty floor, bed, door mat, toilet, curtains, poor lifts, illumination . Poor service, response from staff, worst environment for staying with family . Leakage in taps, geyser, cistern, dirty towels.

Rooms are good and clean. Location is perfect but bit far from the city market

The hotel cancelled my booking and didn't even bother to inform me of the same . I had made the booking more than a month back and paid the amount in full. I had to book a different place at a much higher rate.

Room location perfect. Facilities were enough. Awesome views with the rooms having balcony. One would simply enjoy the weather and views from the balcony. The rooms are averagely good. But are value for money.

We had an excellent Stay as family for 3 days. The balcony view from the was awesome, good food and good staff.

Overall experience is good in the hotel. Location is good to visit local sightseeing at mclodganj. Food quality also good. We have booked non view phase room but hotel staff provided us mountain view rooms . . Hotel staff also good in behavior and services.

They didn’t give the booked rooms, instead gave us a room which was filthy and used by their housekeepers. We used as a store to keep our luggage. He promised that he will give rooms tomorrow. We were in hurry as we had to trek 9 kms at 3 PM . . The manager promised rooms the next day. I called him at 11 am on the way from trek. He mentioned I need some time, I am on leave today. We reached the hotel, only to find out no rooms allotted to us. We waited for an hour with 6 of us back from a lengthy trek. Thanks to MMT, I complained about the property and they immediately helped us.

Room was below average without parking facilitiy. You have to park in govt. Parking centre which is 10 mins walking. Location is near to the Mcellos and very accessible to all landmarks and restaurants nearby.

It was very down and the steps to the hotel are very bad I was travelling with my father however the staff helped me in getting another stay near buy but still I won't recommend it for family

Not satisfied. Not value for money they charge. Service is worst, most important they don't have facility to provide lunch and dinner.

Service was unhygienic, no guidance for tour and food OK-OK. Breakfast limited

After lot of discussion and thought, I booked this hotel and this dint disappoint at all. Rooms weren't extra ordinary but we're great. Also, view from the rooms was perfect. Hotel is well connected to market and other view points. Overall, would recommend it to all.

Extremely good location and tasty food. Excellent service with smile. It is one the most happening place of the city. Will recommend Asian Plaza hotel to all. Cleanliness and quality of the room is class apart and if start talking about the view from the room in one word "MARVELLOUS".
