A real 4 star stay

Ambience is good , location excellent , Staff is very helpful and mature , Rooms are well maintained , no room to complain about that 😀😀 Swimming pool , play zone maintained and attended very well. Food is good but some Indian dishes need improvement . Tea would have been better . Breakfast items were excellent. Bar lounge is fantastic. Mr Sagar from housekeeping was very helpful , Harnam Singh from restaurant was very good in particular . I will rate this place 9/10

Although staff at night was very awesome. Cooperative and also gave us an upgrade. The value added services like steam bath, jacuzzi, sauna were all good. But manager in the morning paramjeet was very rude and non cooperative. Even small request were not fulfilled.

property is good with great location but I'm not satisfied with their guest service as in morning around 9am pool was closed and after my various requests they have not open till 11am and gave my multiple excuses also they did not provide me buffet breakfast instead gave me some selected options for breakfast also when I request for late check out due to pool issue they as asking for extra charges

familyA must stay at this property if you are hungry for peaceful stay with a spectacular valley view from the balcony of your room. Breakfast could be alarmed carte or buffet, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. Both the options are good but i’m somewhat of an ala carte lover since you get all fresh prepared food right on your plate. Located at around 10 km away from the hustle and bustle of the mcleodganj square. Harnam from the restaurant was a great asset to the service provided to us. Since we had to leave early today, we requested the hotel to pack the breakfast for us which they honoured.

familyThe property is perfect to stay. The amenities, service, courtesy of the staff are good. It fully justifies it star ratings. The view from the balcony is the most positive thing about this property. I dont think any property in mcleodganj can offer this view. Only one negative - the food needs to be reasonably priced. One cup of milk costed almost rs 150 and maggi for rs 300+

However, I found the staff to be somewhat unfriendly and unhelpful, with the exception of Kamlesh, who went out of his way to assist me and made my stay more enjoyable.
