Hotel Incredible

Everything in this place was pathetic.

Caretaker is a good man, he upgraded dorms rooms to deluxe rooms without any extra cost.

When we reach to the hotel, own said we don't have space in the hotel. Will arrange same in another hotel. I am with my joint family and i really feel very bad that time. We booked hotel with advance payment through make my trip. They give us two room in another hotel which was really very bad. So this is my 1st booking with make my trip and it's really bad experience.

Location is good. But very average hotel. No towel. Unclean sofa. Broken furniture.

Hotel was terrible. There was no tv, no water, no towel, no soap, no wifi. Very unhygienic hotel. I don't know why make my trip has selected this hotel or make my trip is only interested in making money and do not care what facilities their valued clients get in the hotel. This hotel is not worth for rs. 300 per night and make my trip has charged me rs. 2706. There is no reception, no intercom, no bell even, only one phone number which owner does not pick at all. Very horrible stay. To make it worse make my trip was showing it as 4. 8 rated hotel and it was showing on first number. Hotel does not have any restaurant and no one to take care or clients. Hotel was totally open and no security at all. Make my trip team don't spoil your reputation

Hotel room and view was good but there is no service available even there is no reception as such of the hotel. Pretty far from main square and clearly not recommended for family to stay!

Location is nice from view point but tempo traveler don't go there and balcony view is not safe for kids as balcony stand is too low for kids to fall down. Staff behaviour is very nice.

Staff is very cooperative and they care each and everything unlike other they are carrying not rude. Pay attention to every thing and also sight seen is good i love to stay here i see mountain completely here. From windows the hotel i s awesome and if you stay then forget everything bcz staff here to pay attention just calm and view and rest

It was good experience in this hotel. But hygiene and also mirror was present in washroom. Which was so disppointing. Otherwise it was good experience

Value for money hotel, rooms are spacious, not to far from main square.

Friendly staff, and a good view, clean rooms. They didn't have wifi when I stayed there, but they said they were in the process of getting it. Apart from that, can't say i've got any complains. Maybe put a table and some chairs in the dorms. That's about it. I would recommend it.

Room was good. The service person was very humble. But washroom tap having issues. One room had only cold water instead geyser was running and another room had only hot water. But for a day its okay to stay

A good place to stay especially the view from outside is mesmerising, near by restaurant s and other options also available overall good place to stay

Hotel is good the facilities is excellent. And the staff is very polite

I was travelling Solo and wanted to checkout Dharamshala. This hostel has one of the best views it you like waking up to the mountains. Also the people are very friendly.
