Great hospitality. Hotel did provide on everything we asked for. Staff is very polite and humble. Rooms are spacious and provide a great sunrise view from the balcony. Pool and Sauna facilities are also good. we could use steam and sauna and it was well maintained. Breakfast is very good and other meal options are decent.

The hotel room, location and food is absolutely amazing. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, they are very sweet. Also, the chef puts in a lot of effort to make the most yummy, warm and fresh food. I think this has to be the best hotel in Mc LeodGanj. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The balcony is a big big add on, and the vibe is amazing.

If you want a hotel with quality rooms and good view of Dhauladhar mountains, this is the place to be. The staff is really cooperative and welcoming but they can do better in terms of cleanliness and food quality. The skydeck has good view of the valley.

Ambience and stay

The experience was mind blowing, the behaviour of the staffs was very humble and they are just on there tip of their toes to serve their guests. The ambience was superb and food was also very good. We are lucky to have to be a part of their live music performance and its was superb. Best part is they have a ample car parking facility, without any conjestion. Mcleodganj mall road point ita just 1.2km and I guess people who have their owb vehiclea they should stay here. The rooms are neat and clean as well. Overall it was best experience.

Their was problem with hot water in the room and the restaurant is on Ground floor and kitchen is at top floor. Their is problem with food service and as well as their is limited food available at hotel as well as limited staff. Overall experience is not good.

Stayed here during our trip to Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj and it turned out to be a great find. The property is newly built with rooms that open up to stunning mountain views. Its location is perfect close enough to both McLeod Ganj market and Dharamkot, yet away from the chaos. Breakfast was good and the terrace view is truly something you can sit and enjoy for hours. The staff, led by Mr. Pankaj Thakur, were warm, attentive and always around to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a place that offers beautiful views, good food and a comfortable stay without burning a hole in your pocket, this is a great choice.

The stay was wonderful and had a lovely experience. From communication at the start and request for early check in they were very accommodating, we also were lucky to receive an upgraded room with a beautiful view . Soon as we checked in we were greeted with smiles and wonderful and friendly staff. Check in process was smooth and information was provided. location wise : really convenient and close to mcleodganj and markets food : breakfast was great and we also ordered the meals specially indian dishes and they were really tasty. amenities : same as per the booking also the room is kept really clean and tidy service : as advised it was wonderful they staff are really friendly and they create an amazing experience during our visit 10/10 overall and would definitely refer anyone to visit this location.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Alivaa McLeodganj. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the main McLeodganj market, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and beautiful views. The facilities are excellent — an infinity pool, sauna, and steam — all with breathtaking views of the mountains and His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s monastery. The staff was very cooperative and attentive throughout our stay, and special thanks to Chef Jitender who prepared delicious food for us. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and location. Quite a sudden plan to McLeodganj for a quick leisure halt.** My friend recommended this property—earlier I was considering booking the Hyatt, but I decided to try this one instead. I must say, it turned out to be a fantastic experience! The food and hospitality were exceptional, and the valley views from my room were simply breathtaking. A special thanks to **GM Pankaj** for personally taking care of every request and making the stay seamless. The highlight was definitely the **infinity pool** and the **evening drinks with food at the Sky Garden**—an unforgettable experience of dining in the clouds. Truly a stay to remember!
