My stay at DLS hotel Anupam resort Dharamshala was truly spectacular. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth and effortless process. The room was very dirty when I arrived, so I requested a change, which they did. However, the new room also had several issues — the shower tap was broken, the handwash bottle was leaking, no welcome drink was offered, and no complimentary tea was provided. I also ordered breakfast, but no one showed up. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Rooms were unclean, loads of mostiques were killing mostiques thorough out the night,worst room in the name of Himalayan view, untidy balcony, bedsteeds and blankets were stinking real bad, worst room service-staff started fighting when asked to change sticking sheets, room wasn't ready till 4:30 p.m, all in all this was my worst experience in hotels till now after paying for this room.
