We didn't stay and was refused for refund

Access to resort is by walking on a treacherous down hill and then walking on a risking bridge it is about 500 meters to 750 mets from their parking inhospitable staff and virtually very meagre breakfast for whole the price charged is not in line with facilities

Homely stay, staff is very cordial, food was freshly cooked, loved quite and serene atmosphere. Best place to stay

The property was excellent. Location was amidst nature as the name conveys, food was delicious, esp. the riverside location is the star attraction. Looking forward to stay there for longer time the next time

It’s a beautiful property, riverside and has wonderful staff. They are all polite and the food is amazing . The stream flows through the property and the view of mountains is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very airy. Nature stay with luxury is what this property is ♥️

Ambience of resort is excellent & beauty of nature is too much mesmerizing. In every moment nature is changing. We enjoyed a lot.

Rooms need touching up and need to be cleaned. A little more attention to the rooms like that being given to the property would make the place far better. Lot of creepy crawlies especially because of the huge gap under the entrance and balcony doors. Was genuinely worried that a snake may enter. Amazing location though. Lovely views. The garden and trek are both outstanding. Day time staff were a little disinterested in helping however the staff at night were better. My wife genuinely felt a little unsafe leaving the room at night since we were the only ones at the hotel during the days of our stay.

It’s an beautiful place beside the river. But in a oct it was lilo dry-but overall place is very well maintained with with great service

I visited here with my family, our experience is awesome, location, food, nature, everything is superb, i would love to visit again in winter holiday also

food quality not good …. my 1 year daughter fealt i’ll after the food , they charge 15% extra for room service only ….

Good hotel view and staff behaviour

amazing stay , amazing hosts and amazing surroundings.

The property is beautiful and has a very natural set up which is awesome. However, few things were not upto the mark. The property did not contact in advance to explain how to reach the property as it involves a short trek of 50 meters. The numbers of the managers were not reachable which made us wander for about half an hour, and finally we got help from the locals as to where park our car and how to reach to the property. There was a problem of hot water in the room which was fixed later in the day after complaining it for multiple times. The staff was limited and that caused a bit of discomfort. The furniture is very limited in the rooms and could be improved. The food was average and had limited options.

Organically prepared food, hygienic rooms and experience of being in nature at its finest. Comfortable and spacious rooms, right next to a stream of pristine himalayan snowmelt and fresh air was great.

We had a wonderful holiday in peace and nature in this beautiful resort full of nature and greenery. Just go there without thinking. Highly recommended

This place is really good and you enjoy each moment. Only this is elderly people who need assistance in walking can skid this place. Rest for others it's really good to spend the time with nature

Everything is perfect no need to go anywhere

Beautiful property but yeah do carry ur sport shoes as you have to climb down few steps. Duo has done an amazing job… vernacular architecture, cozy vibes, amazing view and great hospitality.

Extremely happy with the services provided. The eco cottages were super cool in the extreme summer heat and the place lived up to its name. Loved the nearness to the river. The staff was extremely helpful and food was great. We had 2 senior citizens with us and had no idea that they needed to hike down the slightly tricky mountain trail. The owners provided them with trekking poles and their staff helped them down as well as climb up. Specially loved the fragrance of raatrani flowers near our cottage and the pine forest in the back. Only regret was we couldn't spend more days here.
