I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The most frustrating issue was the breakfast hall, which was severely overcrowded every morning. We had to wait 20–30 minutes just to be seated, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The stress of standing in line first thing in the morning really impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Additionally, the hotel provides very few carts or vehicles for internal transport, which made getting around the property inconvenient and time-consuming—especially for guests with mobility concerns or families with children.
While the staff was polite and the property itself has potential, these operational shortcomings made our visit less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves guest logistics in the future.
