Good property with ample amount of greenery and space around the rooms. Generous food menu and chef's personal attention is appreciated. Could improve the pool and surroundings around it. I'd appreciate.

Nor-bu taj, is a kind of boutique hotel very exclusive and has a beautiful view from your bed itself. Sitting in the balcony hearing to the chirping birds, seeing people working in the fields. The serenity is a experience to remember.

The property smells & looks luxury. The services, food everything is 10/10. A musu must visit if you are looking for a weekend gateway.

The stay was excellent. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. They took care of all out needs especially in the food department for out kid. The property is located at a picturesque spot. The view of the dhauladhar range is breathtaking with sunrise views. The terrain of the hotel is uneven, so some of the rooms require steep climb and descent. It was not a problem for us younger group but can be for older people. Overall excellent stay.

Ok so i generally don’t write reviews unless it’s something worth writing. First this property is so picturesque that you just don’t feel like going out to the city. We stayed at selection’s suite for 4 nights. Second the staff is so nice and helpful, they’ll make you feel at home. The reason we love taj properties and taj stands out is because of the staff. So let me start praising from the f&b manager, mr. Pankaj is really helpful. He helped us in many ways and he himself made the cocktail for me which was not even in the menu. & the food was also too delicious. I appreciated the chefs also there. Then the house keeping staff is courteous enough. Avinash from house keeping is a nice guy. Front desk people, arpan, avinash and everyone else are really nice. The guards too. All in all we had a great experience. Minus the gym- gym is way too small. Just 3-4 machines. Gym is not upto the mark, it was a little upsetting for me cu z i had planned not to miss on my workouts but in just a day who remembers to workout on vacation loll so it was no more upsetting for me.

Highly overpriced property, No activity area, no live singing or music on weekends, no high tea concepts, no minibar concept at this property Disappointed 😢

No swimming pool gaurd is there life jacket and no tube is there in swimming pool n d no music and no play area for child

Food and ambiance was great. It is isolated and away from the noise of city. It was great to see the mountain and valley views with heated swimming pool.

The resort is nice and location is good too. You are little far from the busy town and close to nature. Breakfast was a big disseminate though. Was very crowded and people were literally jumping queues and pushing around to get the food. I understand it must be busy but nothing that a good management team can't handle.

Food was excellent. The only bad part was there was no lift and the room was quiet on the lower part of the property. They should mention that on the website as not everyone can climb so many stairs

The view was serene, stay was comfortable, food was impeccable. The only thing that can be worked upon in service. Managing guest a little more professionally, creating a system for it and following it.
