ZENQ SIGNATURE INN

It was very nice experience staying in Zenq Signature Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mountain view room is very good

Location: Close to the main square. However the access is a very steep slope which gets clogged by cars very frequently so no peace at all if the room is city facing. Staff behaviour: Extremely poor - Reception desk staff (evening): Our car was stuck in the parking lot when we intended to go for dinner. instead of helping us by calling the other guests shamelessly asked us to take taxis. Thankfully after 30 mins one guest walked down and was surprised that the reception did not call him. Room condition: We checked in around 4 pm. No towels were provided in the room and after frequent reminding for 1 hour we got towels in both rooms. cleanliness: Bathroom in one room was dirty and had to request for it to be cleaned. breakfast: Descent spread and taste for the price. Overall, will not recommend this hotel at all for families. I think the least expectations are polite if not respectful staff and bare needs like towels in place when you pay so much. [I am a frequent traveler, clearly one of the worst stays]

Its a nice experience to stay in your hotel it has a nice rooftop view. It has a small room size for 3 people

It was an excellent stay. Mountain View balcony room is spacious and neatly cleaned. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is also gud. Overall it was a relaxing stay. Staff is also cooperative and helpful.

Pathetic experience no housekeeping on time we get our room cleaned by 10 pm, breakfast starts at 9:30 am despite given timings was 8:30 am. No empty tea cups available in the room, electronic card key is not working and room is unable to lock. Sewage drainage smell in the washroom and room. Manager of the hotel is highly unprofessional person with zero mental ability in him. I request all persons not to book this hotel in mcleodganj it’s a black spot in the name of cygnett and this hotel completely ruining cygnett brand image if they continue to collaborate

I would like to express my special thanks to mr. Narender, who went above and beyond in notifying us immediately after checkout that we had left our mobile phone behind. Although we had already traveled quite far and couldn’t return to retrieve it, mr. Narender’s support in sending the phone to us via courier and his patient follow-up were truly commendable. We are incredibly impressed by his attitude and dedication. We look forward to visiting the property again, primarily to meet him and personally thank him for his outstanding service.

The property is situated near the main market. The view from the terrace garden is awesome. Staff members are very polite & supportive.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days, and i must say that i had a great experience here. 1. Service is very nice. The staff is very polite and ready to solve any issue at once. They made every effort to make the stay best for us. 2. Breakfast is good. You can add breakfast in your package. 3. Location - from hotel it is 5 to 10 mins walk to mall road. 4. View - the view from balcony is awesome. You can see dhauladhar range from your balcony. Club rooms has the best view. 5. The hotel has basement parking also. 6. Open terrace restaurant is very beautiful. 7. The only thing to be concerned is the road to reach the hotel is very steep. If you take short cut from dharamshala, then the steep road will be 4. 5 kms, otherwise, you can come via nh503, then the steep road will be few 100 mtrs. Overall beautiful stay at this hotel.

Over price i will not suggest anybody to go there over-expensive morning breakfast is also not good and staff is very rude
