The Udechee Huts offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the majestic Dhauladhar range — easily one of the best views you can wake up to in Dharamshala. Watching the first rays of the sun gently light up the snow-capped peaks right from our room felt magical and made every morning special. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, the Udechee Huts is perfectly away from the hustle and bustle of McLeodganj, making it ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. Sunset Point and other Naddi attractions are just a short walk away, which adds to the convenience of the location. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with large windows offering uninterrupted mountain views. It was truly a pleasure to wake up to the spectacular sight of the Dhauladhar mountains every morning. The staff was extremely helpful, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Manjit, who took exceptional care of us and ensured we were comfortable at all times. On one of the days when I fell sick, the staff was very supportive and even helped arrange medicines from a nearby pharmacy, which we really appreciated. The food deserves a special mention as well — everything was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. They also promptly accommodated customized food requests for our baby, which was very thoughtful and helpful for us. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another six days! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, warm hospitality, and great food, Hotel Udechee is definitely the place to stay. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay that we highly recommend.

Our stay at Udechee Huts was truly special. My wife and I first visited this place during our honeymoon, and this time we came back with our baby. That made this trip incredibly meaningful for us, and it brought back so many beautiful memories. The best thing about Udechee Huts is the peace and tranquility it offers. Waking up to the breathtaking Himalayan views right from the room is an experience in itself, and if you’re lucky enough to visit during the monsoon, the beauty becomes even more magical. A special thanks to Mr. Ajay Thakur for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape in the Himalayas with stunning views and warm hospitality, I highly recommend Udechee Huts. We can’t wait to visit again.

Oh what an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. First off, the people that run this place KNOW the meaning of the word ‘Hospitality’.. I stayed in Cabin and the view of the Dhauladhar range was spectacular.. The person who was assigned to the cabin was AshwiniJi who was so kind and helpful.. The food was tasty and some items were delicious.. They make sure that you are well looked after.. The rooms are super comfortable along with all the facilities in it electric blankets, tea box, kettle and more. They’re also eco-friendly and do not use any plastic bottles for water and work on water conservation.. In the evening they’ll come and put a ‘sigdi’ on your balcony so you can enjoy the heat of an open fire… What a memorable stay…

Our stay at Udechee Huts was nothing short of transformative. We had a Super Deluxe Cottage with our own little private garden filled with hydrangeas and daisies, directly overlooking the mountains – like something out of a Monet painting. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, food is delicious and hearty, and the hospitality from staff is extremely attentive and warm. The property is so beautiful, well-kept, and quaint, and everywhere you go you find flowers in full bloom, clean green grass, so many delightful birds, and the most stunning views of the mountains. Just sublime in every way.

Let me start with just " Wow". Location is awesome, staff is super professional and so warm in their service, plus the property and upkeep is top notch. I have stayed in 5 stars but this property just blew my mind. Everything is so well thought through; an unforgettable experience. Sumptuous menu, sitting deck and stunning views of Dhauladhar mountains from all rooms, separate play area for children and just so much detail to aesthetics with flowers across the property. Must visit at least once!

Property is at an extremely scenic location. The views and the quietness are amazing. The whole resort is very well maintained and is aesthetically designed to reflect local architecture and offers solitude and peace to its guests. Every staff member is courteous and attends to your every need. Food is delicious. Special mention of Mr Rinku who ensured our 2 day stay was truly memorable. 5-stars on the location, mountain views, property aesthetics and amenities, prompt and courteous staff, sumptuous food menu and a wholesome vacation experience. Natural trails nearby for nature seekers, nestled away from city hype but very accessible to McLeodganj and Dharamsala. Beautifully laid out gardens, children play area outdoor decks for soaking in the surrounding natural beauty and what not! Couldn't have asked for more. very highly recommended.

It a small Udechee Huts. However the service, food and above all help and guidance from Mr Ramesh Sharma the manager is the cherry on the cake. We had booked three rooms. We were pleased to have breakfast and dinner with a wide range available. I was surprised to see such a wide variety in such a category of Udechee Huts. Mr Sharma hats off to you. More I tell regarding him would be less. A remarkable person available to help you even helping in every way.
