Hotel Triund Heights

Location was good and mountain view is very beautiful and food was so tasty and maintained hygiene.

The all staff of the hotel are very good, but the food is average

There is a person with name Mr. Madan who is sitting in reception area. His behavior is very rude and he had demanded extra for a broken mirror which was damaged by someone else. He is such a rude person that he does not want to hear us and strictly instructed to pay for the damaged mirror in spite of that the mirror was not damaged by us.

Balcony view is best to view. The room was best. They also clean my room. I broke my room key and they fined only low amount for that. If I go mclo next year, I will definitely book this hotel repeat.

Rooms are very small in size and it's boundary is near by to other hotel.
No cleanness in restaurant. Food quality is fine but they gave me expire date catch up, also RO water is not clean.

Hotel location is so beautiful, new well maintained hotel with nice friendly staff and really good service.

Not worth hotel, room per night.
Room was OK but nothing close to what they called as luxury room. No view whatsoever. Not at all worth. Breakfast was ready at 8:45 am which delayed our day schedule even when we had informed the hotel staff they we would leave by 8:30 am. Previous night they told that breakfast would be ready by 7:30 am. Receptionist is a big time liar. Told that there is a taxi union which would not allow our own vehicle to drop us to the trend trek point. However we later found out that there is no such union and private vehicles were very well allowed. We had to pay for the taxi extra. Overall the place was very good but unfortunately the people here are more than average rude and we chose a wrong hotel.

I would not stay there again. I'd rather stay somewhere else.
No heater, no hot water. The place was very noisy, with people coming up and down the stairs and kids yelling.

Rooms were too small. When extra bed was placed, room was too much congested. Only two people can live in one room. Food was good but too costly. Service was good. Location was good nearby Bhagsu temple. Overall a good stay.

The sheets and towels of the room were very unclean. The room was too small for the price. Not worth your money. No value of money given. The website or application or even the hotel page never displayed the distance of hotel from city centre. When asked over phone from a guy at reception, he replied that it was a 5 minutes walk from city centre but in reality it was more than half an hour walk away from the city centre. I was misguided by the hotel staff regarding the distance of hotel from city centre otherwise I would never had booked this hotel as I wanted a hotel near to city centre. The hotel staff and specifically the person at reception was not cooperating enough.

Overall good service, breakfast was also good staff behavior was also good.

The location of the hotel is good but there is no view from the rooms. Please don't take rooms ending with 3 and 4. Food was good and cheap. Breakfast was also good.
