1. Food wasn't available, as the kitchen was under renovation, according to the Hotel staffs. 2. Location was good. 3. Staffs were cordial.

Location is good and easily found. Food not available in hotel.Amenities is not upto value for money which make my trip was taken.One can book cheaper after reaching there or directly from hotel.Room size is standard not like super deluxe room. if anyone want to book this hotel.Booked directly from hotel in very low price. price of make my trip is very high.

very disappointing experience. I had booked 4 rooms as we were 8 adults + 2 children . My review summarise the experience of all 8 of us 1. Property is old and need maintenance. 2. Checkin - On arrival we were given 3 rooms as the fourth one was not ready and cleaning was in progress. 3. cleanliness - Rooms are not clean , floor is wiped but there are layers of dust in corners . 4. Facilities - Very basic does not justify the price of 3500 /- rupees . Window nets broken. Towels were not sanitized and was not in great condition. No room service available. Has to ask for tea dips to make tea. ( No attached restaurant for room service ) Mattress and bed not comfortable. The quilt was manageable and ok in terms of cleanliness. Bathroom - very basic no proper shower, tap with bucket provided. Bathroom kit which was provided - only 2 small soap. Morning at 7 am when I woke up there was no water at all. I had to go to reception and wake up the caretaker . Who started the pump for water. Not recommended for family.

Nice and clean room with beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The room was quite spacious and the location was good .

Our stay was not at all good at the hotel, as there were no restaurant services available, basic room amenities were very bad, electricity problem was there as there was no power backup at the hotel. The only thing good about the hotel was the location in the main market and everything else was bad.

The service is so good everything got on time the staff is so cooperative with their customers the price is also very cheaper the best part is it is near the market which is very good. The view from the balcony

The quilt had stains, and even the pillowcase was torn and one had a stain. The carpets were quite dirty. However, the location is very good - right in the middle of mcleodganj market. The management need to make the place nicer.

Location is excellent, right in the centre. Everything easily accessible. Room was good, clean. Bathroom needs to be updated. Staff was courteous, polite and helpful.

it was ok ok experience 🙂 amenities given were not upto mark. Due to lack of parking space it was very hard for us to carry luggage to the car

Hotel was good, staff was helping, rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony view was mesmerising. My TV was not working properly and Hotel do not have inhouse food facility as of now as their restaurant is under maintenance.

The stay was really good, the location of the property is amazing and so are the views it offers. Good rooms as well. Would totally recommend

Room was old and tap to take shower was broken also towel was torn i can see holes in towel, in toilet jet spray was broken. No water to drink inside room. But i like the reception services and early checkin facility. Checkin was smooth. Also construction was going inside hotel or around hotel so it was noisy till 9 pm but room was cleaned good

Nice hotel. At the center point of the main market and very close to temple. If you are going to mcleodganj. This is the hotel you need.

Located at a prime location in the shopping lane. All places at walking distance. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was superb.
