Mongas Hotel and Resort

Best Mongas Hotel and Resort staff, extremely courteous. loved the food options. they have an in-house bakery and an Italian restaurant. we ordered a cake with a special request to deliver it to the room at midnight and the Mongas Hotel and Resort staff was so generous to do the same. the Italian restaurant serves such nice cuisine, we tried their pizza which was out of the world. and highlight of the stay was their open terrace restaurant to enjoy the evening. this stay exceeded my expectations!

The Mongas Hotel and Resort is located in a nice and accessible area, which was a big plus. The food served was good and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable for the most part. However, the washroom was smaller than what was shown in the pictures, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the room could use better maintenance—there were some issues with insects that need attention. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

excellent property helpful staff manager Varun was promt in his service but the room condition was not very good , it needs maintenance on day 1 I had to change the room as there were spiders in the pillow on 3rd day there was a big spider coming out of the false ceiling ..other amenities are fine , food was good but only point which needs attention is the maintenance and housekeeping the bed linen needs attention

Our stay was very comfortable and the entire staff was very helpful, attentive and courteous. Special mention to Dimple for making our stay very comfortable. The Mongas Hotel and Resort has a lovely open terrace and they have love music every evening which was a highlight.

the Mongas Hotel and Resort is located at a very accessible location in Dalhousie town, near to mall road. the Mongas Hotel and Resort has a beautiful view of ranjit singh sagar dam from the Mongas Hotel and Resort balcony.

Convenient location . Great food . Spacious rooms , beautiful Mongas Hotel and Resort with valley views. Had a pleasant stay . Don’t miss out on their home brewed coffees !!

The place was good the location The cafe and everything was good Rooms were nice however the service could've been better waiters seemed bit rude But was good all in all

Everything was fantastic... food service...restaurant’s captain Sanjay ji treated very superbly...but we missed karaoke music this time....☺️

Overall stay was luxurious, Service was good, all amenities were in working condition, food taste was upto the mark!!! Location is near to main market.
