Beautiful property with panoramic view of the valley and snow capped mountains. Staff were polite . Minor inconveniences were resolved spontaneously.

It was the best experience staying at Mongas. Staff was so cooperative and kind. All the facilities were 5 star. Kudos to there team.Must visit!!!

location was great. Food was very tasty, very satisfied,would recommend lunch dinner from the hotel itself. Staff was very cooperative and amenities provided were also good especially the heater and bathroom amenities. only issue is monkey. they enter the room if balcony door is left opened Everything was great be it food, service or the staff except there was a monkey issue. Otherwise the property is great and food is exceptional. The staff was cooperative.

Food was good, cleanliness was below average. Ppl serving the food were very hospitable, but housekeeping was little slow.

Our stay was very comfortable and the entire staff was very helpful, attentive and courteous. Special mention to Dimple for making our stay very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely open terrace and they have love music every evening which was a highlight.

The hotel is located in a nice and accessible area, which was a big plus. The food served was good and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable for the most part. However, the washroom was smaller than what was shown in the pictures, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the room could use better maintenance—there were some issues with insects that need attention. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

Very close to mall road/Gandhi chowk. Rooms are good. The property is beautiful as well and food is great.

Best hotel staff, extremely courteous. loved the food options. they have an in-house bakery and an Italian restaurant. we ordered a cake with a special request to deliver it to the room at midnight and the hotel staff was so generous to do the same. the Italian restaurant serves such nice cuisine, we tried their pizza which was out of the world. and highlight of the stay was their open terrace restaurant to enjoy the evening. this stay exceeded my expectations!

Hotel is fantastic,, location is perfect, just 200 meters from mall road. Rooms are cozy. Food is delicious and the aura is great
