Property is good but hygiene issue is rooms. No hair dryer is available on demand. Food was food but lot many things they have to improve. No dental kit No Shower gel or soap No Moisturizer No Hair Dryer No Iron No soups No Cold drink Even after request only they are able to provide dental kit on chargeable . overall experience was not good and will not recommended to any of my known persons.

Property's location is fine. 10-15 minutes walk from Gandhi chauk. Views from the room are mesmerizing. Staff is polite and cooperative. Food is okay. Overall it's a nice option in Dalhousie.

I stayed with my family for 1 night in super deluxe room of this hotel but 'not recommended' for anyone because of below reasons: 1) food quality was terrible. 2) no clean bedsheets and blankets according to the best hotel room and price. 3) no toiletries were provided 4) look like personal house upgraded to hotel so overall basic hospitality was missing.
