Our Stay at Woodstock Inn, Dalhousie Woodstock Inn pleasantly surprised us with its regal interiors offered at a middle-class budget. We stayed on the top floor of the hotel and were treated to a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Pir Panjal range right from our room, comfortably seated on the couch. At night, the twinkling lights of nearby villages created a magical scene that kept us captivated for hours. Curious little monkeys frequently paid us visits, appearing just outside our glass window, adding a touch of charm to our stay. Conveniently located on Mall Road, the hotel gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy leisurely late-night strolls around the bustling chowk. The staff were sincere, courteous, and always eager to help. Although there seemed to be a shortage of manpower, it did not impact the quality of our experience in any noticeable way. The WiFi service was excellent and reliable throughout our stay. The clean and cozy ambiance of Woodstock Inn captured the warmth and beauty of Dalhousie perfectly — a place we look forward to visiting again and again.

very poorly maintained property.. have to climb down approx 45 steps to reach the room and climb back up to get out of the hotel. Rooms were quite big and comfy but pathetic service

But what truly stood out was the hospitality! The hotel manager and caretaker were absolute gems ❤️. They weren’t just doing their job; they genuinely cared. Unlike other places that try to upsell services or push cab rides for commissions, these guys were all about ensuring we were comfortable. Knowing we came from a warmer place, they constantly checked in to see if we needed anything — be it a room heater, water heater, or anything else. Their thoughtful gestures made our stay completely worry-free. And let's talk about the view — breathtaking! Waking up to see the valley and mountains was an experience in itself. As for the food? In-house meals were delicious and surprisingly affordable — nearly 40% less than what we expected. Overall, a memorable, peaceful stay that felt more like home. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The team here truly knows how to make guests feel special. Comfortable and Well-Equipped ,Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable!

We had a great time at Woodstock inn . We booked the family suite 203-204 room numbers , it had a private dining area and amazing views .

It was a great experience at the property, must say that the view was amazing and serene! As a solo traveller, I truly recommend this property! It’s very safe and the best part is that it’s located in the main area which makes it easier to access most of the places in Dalhousie! Cute and Clean property with warm hospitality! Must recommend if you’re in Dalhousie! :)
