food service was poor staff is not listening and in the morning buffet time a waitress girl is not good behaving

The property was good ,the food was amazing and the staff were supporting only one which I feel was missing the size of the room was very small .

A beautiful property with average service and average maintenance,swimming pool not cleaned ,many things worn out.For a property that is far away from any other city like area ,and nowhere else to go,nothing else to do,non maintenance is a serious turn off.Rest all was okyeish.Shall I visit again ?Probably na

My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-furnished, and offered all the essential amenities. Average services as we come to very often here this time we did not feel good as we usually do when we come here the room service was very lazy and did not pick the call on time we had to call more then three four times. And morning time we did not got what we asked for so this time they did not stood up to the mark

It was amazing. Greenery, the pets they have and ev charger. It is most convenient place to stay for ev car owners. Staff is very soft spoken and cordial. They helped us in every possible way. Worth the money you will be paying for stay. Provide coupon for discount

Attractive location with good food but room is too short and room number 102 view is not good as i expected and hotel receptionist behave is very unfriendly present at night time

The stay at the resort was terrible despite of booking a presidential suite. 1. There was no hot water available in the bathroom, we had to wait for almost 4hrs. 2. All the features in the jacuzzi was not working. Bubble bath gel/bomb was not provided. 3. There were a lot of power cuts and back up took time to take over. 4. The restaurant service was poor. The food was average for dinner. The waiter told us as there is a private party going on so our orders will be done after them. We waited 15mins to get a can of mirinda. The quality of food for breakfast was average as well, again had to wait for long periods to get our order of omelette and bread toast. The reason provided for bread toast was there is no power so the toaster is not working and we ended up having cold bread slices. Tea served in breakfast was pathetic, it tasted like it has been reheated many times and milk tasted spoiled. 5. Some of the guests were smoking openly in common area with kids around, informed reception to tell those persons to smoke somewhere else to which reception replied. “we won’t tell them to stop smoking in common area, you better adapt it. As a non smoker its dangerous to health. 6. There was no point of booking presidential suite if the hotel staff is not treating well. 7. Spending huge amount on presidential suite is a bad idea here.

third class service given by the hotel ,rooms are too small ,staff not cooperative ,I treat my stay as the biggest mistake

It was a pathetic one, room is too narrow as per the price it is too costly, swimming pool charges are too high, wrong bill sent for food, i will not recommend this to anyone being a state head of a mnc it was a nightmare

Everything awesome! especially location and sightseeing ! room awesome! swimming pool with music! the restaurant staff and food were both excellent

Awesome resort located at awesome place having a good pool,gaming room,spa all were awesome,We really loved the stay as our room,food and staff behaviour was awesome.....We will love to come here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
