Location is great , away from all the crowd , rooms are good and have good view , staff is very polite and cooperative, just food is not expensive and prices for room could have been bit less but they provide good service

The rooms were big abed spacious but the washbasin was too small. Food was bad but room service was good. The property mentioned it has kids zone but there was nothing.

Prime location, rooms were neat and clean, food was delicious, i had wonderful stay in this hotel, i booked for 1 night it was worth staying. The staff was very quick to checking, the receptionist calmly explained to us, he was very helpful and polite, the service staff is very nice and polite, and very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at the gateway dalhousie. Neat and clean property with excellent view. Every staff i encountered from check-in to billing, house keeping, parking was extremely polite and helpful. Special mention to restro who served delicious and hot food during our stay and were super cooperative. Great hospitality better than any five star hotel.

Service and staff was very good. The only concern is the approach to location however if you are looking to spend quality time with your family away from the noise and pollution this is the best-est place to visit.
