Hotel Surya Resort Dalhousie

The hotal staf is really good and meal is awesome I tried to veg and non veg also and both is delicious thanks to this things

It was aweful. rooms were not clean, sheets were dirty and rooms were the home for insects. it was and it isdangerous to stay there.

Location of this property is almost 700 meters from mall road. It takes 10 mins walk. Food quality is average and cleanliness is also average.

Hotel stay was a good one, although the property was a little old built. We really enjoyed our two day stay at the resort. Hotel staff was very Cooperative. Only issue was that the intercom not available, but they have provided mobile no. where they were always available. overall nice family stay.

breakfast and dinner were very good. All staff members were cooperative. but hotel need renovation. furniture of room and bathroom condition were not in good condition. One thing more that when guest arrive at hotel with breakfast and dinner package welcome tea must be complimentary but they didn't provide. second thing if you mentioned that mineral water is added in package hotel should not deny for this. They were offered only two bottles per room. After spending so much time they agree to give two bottles per room per day. This is not good for make my trip app. I was very disappointed.

Visited with family. Property is located very close to Gandhi Chowk, just 5-10 mins walking distance. Food is average,not so tasty. Hotel staff is very humble and helpful. There was an issue with toilet flush in my room, so they changed the room on request. Hotel needs bit more effort on cleanliness and maintenance.

Overall service are awesome, good, stuff are good, breakfast are awesome. Nerby location in marketing mall road, boas stand etc. All are excellent in stay in dalhousie station.

Nice cozy stay and beautiful view from every window good food and well behaved staff but the food could be a bit chipper nevertheless their hospitality was nice room heater available at low cost. Must stay

Hotel condition was very poor like a door lock and bathroom lock not working properly. Pillow was dirty. Food was just average in taste. But the workers were good and were always ready for service.

Had an amazing experience. From smooth check in to check out, everything was nice. Staff's behaviour over there was also very nice & helpful.
