had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room, although spacious, was not clean—the floor was dusty, and the linen and pillow covers were dirty and itchy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The towels provided were in poor condition, and the bathroom was unhygienic with hair clogging the drain. To make things worse, it rained all night and the sound of water hitting some metal surface outside was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the stay was far from pleasant and not worth the price.

Staying at Aamod Suites was a good experience. The property is located at Banikhet Dalhousie road having calm and serene surroundings. The rooms here are very nice and spacious loaded with all amenities. Bfast was very good, however the dinner we ordered was poor. All staff are very polite. Overall, it was a satisfying stay at Aamod Suites. Thanks to Make My Trip. 😊

breakfast buffet was pathetic no eggs, no bread, had to order at counter for what i wanted to eat all the serving containers were empty no fruit no juice horrible experience. also, balcony view is useless considering 2-3 hotels are being constructed adjacent to this hotel so it blocks all the view

Overall property is very clean and well maintained. This hotel is located in Banikhet, which is approx. 10kms away from the main Dalhousie. Food, services and other amenities are good.

Terrible experience stay at Aamod . We had booked for 2 nights but left the hotel after 1 night and shifted to another hotel Poor service no Drinking water no toiletries . We paid for 2 nights but left the hotel next morning and shifted to Hotel Presidium Sarovar premium

Hi , no doubt rooms are clean but because I booked they didn’t serve us anything in better way. At breakfast time they serve everyone on table but they completely denied us that we had to do self service.! This is not good.! If we book through your app it’s your responsibility to give us proper and excellent service.!

"friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again

The room provided to us did not meet the basic expectations listed on the website such as internet facility. There was no proper accommodation for third person even after the request. Power sockets were not working well. Room heater was not adequate to provide enough heat during such cold season. Service was very slow, we had to call multiple times to request the same item. Not at all preferable stay.
