Overall it was a good experience to stay at PAX hotel ARK. The location was also good and staff was also cooperative. However, there could be some better amenities inside the room as well as washroom.

room was good and staff was very nice. Food was very good. only 1 issue - the geyser was a small one and after using it once , we had to wait for 20 mins to get it reheated.

It is not good + awful service we had ordered a tea and coffee it is very watery type we will not stay their again first we park at the fromt pf hotel then they said our parking is at the third floor so we again went to third floor

Hotel is ok ok . Its in need for renovation and construction has become old. There were so many insects in the whole hotel including dining area too. Nothing has been done to prevent this. 3000 per night is too much for this type of hotel.
