Best Western Dalhousie

Nice location, tasty food options on menu and very promt room service. However, few things need improvement like prices are way too high for food. Infact breakfast which was part of room rent was very average. Dinner was good but dishes were too pricey. Again room rent for a night was in 5 digits and as per Best Western Dalhousie, this was their premium room and they have only 2 of this kind. However despite being a premium room, no attached balcony with the room. In order to enjoy the outside weather u either need to step out of the room or go to terrace on 5th floor. Indoor games which was one of a usp for me to book this property was a big disaapointment. Just carrom and chess and Pool Table was chargeable which we did not even tried after getting a view of their food prices 😊

No doubt view of the site is excellent. Dinner is good because it was on payment but the quality of breakfast is very poor, it might be due to complementary. Only single item of fruit i. E. Watermelon which is not the seasonal, in juice availability is watermelon and caned, prantha and idly was the only items. Now you can judge that what type of the breakfast was. So, it is suggested don't go only to the view, other things are also valuable

Location was a little far though from Mall road rest food was okay, Staff was good, quick services. Rooms was neat and clean cozy but reception restrooms were dirty and stinking which made whole reception kind of smelly. There should be a gym also in the Best Western Dalhousie 🤷‍♀️. Overall a pleasant stay!

our stay at Best western was very good. We found their hospitality is really appreciated. specially service and behavior of Mr Karnel singh stewart was very caring and polite. i recommend guest may consider there future bookings. location is peaceful and services are good.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The room service was very prompt. Breakfast was less but fresh and hot, that was more fun as well. The view of the Best Western Dalhousie is unbeatable by any other property. Overall it's a go-to property again.

Stay was so comfortable, staff was also good. They were very nice. Everyone was talking so nicely. Also food quality was up to the mark. Room was also cleaned and hygienic.

Place is little far away from main hub otherwise is good, room is good, food is good, entrance stairs is a little issue

Hotel is located far from the Central point. Rest evrything was nice and cool

Stay was pleasant, food was excellent, service was top notch, staff was friendly and location was perfect for get away from city and traffic. Will recommend to family and friends for future stay in dalhousie.
