average stay. I was upgraded to a different room due to another group that wanted to be on one floor. the room I was shifted to was right below the kitchen and anytime they will run kitchen machines it would make a rumbling sound. this happened till kitchen is shut down at night. a lot of noise on rooms as people speak and because of live music. we ended up sleeping late as a result.

Excellent Stay
The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The room service was very prompt. Breakfast was less but fresh and hot, that was more fun as well. The view of the hotel is unbeatable by any other property. Overall it's a go-to property again.

Terrible Stay
coupleThe receptionist at the hotel was unhelpful. She denied us entry and asked us to leave the premises because the hotel was fully booked. Thankfully, mm t arranged an alternate stay for us, but the staff at best western were disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Instead, i highly recommend jk clark's exotica, which is far better in terms of staff behavior, location, food, and overall property. It's my personal favorite, and anyone who visits is likely to admire it as well. The best part is that they won’t charge you extra if you ask for milk for your child. It's truly a great hotel!

Good Stay
Location was a little far though from Mall road rest food was okay, Staff was good, quick services. Rooms was neat and clean cozy but reception restrooms were dirty and stinking which made whole reception kind of smelly. There should be a gym also in the hotel 🤷♀️. Overall a pleasant stay!

. Poor service of highly paid hotel
coupleNo doubt view of the site is excellent. Dinner is good because it was on payment but the quality of breakfast is very poor, it might be due to complementary. Only single item of fruit i. E. Watermelon which is not the seasonal, in juice availability is watermelon and caned, prantha and idly was the only items. Now you can judge that what type of the breakfast was. So, it is suggested don't go only to the view, other things are also valuable

Stay at Best western Dalhousie in June 2024
familyNice location, tasty food options on menu and very promt room service. However, few things need improvement like prices are way too high for food. Infact breakfast which was part of room rent was very average. Dinner was good but dishes were too pricey. Again room rent for a night was in 5 digits and as per hotel, this was their premium room and they have only 2 of this kind. However despite being a premium room, no attached balcony with the room. In order to enjoy the outside weather u either need to step out of the room or go to terrace on 5th floor. Indoor games which was one of a usp for me to book this property was a big disaapointment. Just carrom and chess and Pool Table was chargeable which we did not even tried after getting a view of their food prices 😊
