Good Stay
restaurent was good but some issues are there १)room's walls were not upto date.It needs dent/paint २) According to in room refreshment was missing ४) Toileteries were not upto date.It fixed when we complain ५)Food quality was good ६)Staff is good ७)Issue of insects is there ८)Charging points are not user freindly।Even they do not have adapter for the same ९)No AC and cieling fan.And one table fan was there which is laying on floor.It was require stool for aeration during day time due to little hot and humid weather.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is very good both for the decor and hospitality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good service and cooperative staff.

I had booked the stay for my parents and chachu chachi. it was such a pleasant stay. The weather was too good, which added more joy to the already great trip. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, especially the puri bhaji they ate. The views were mesmerizing. overall it's 10/10 thing they experienced

Excellent Stay
It was my third visit to alps. The overall stay was very comfortable. The room, the ambience, the food and the staff everything was on point. Kids really enjoyed their time at Alps resort Dalhousie away from the hustle bustle of the city crowd. Looking forward to visit again.

Terrible Stay

We were told that we will be assisted with our toddler's meals but when we asked for fried dahi( pahari rhedu) they denied and in a not very polite way. We didn't say anything as we are not Karens. 2. But the next day, when our little son refused to eat anything, we asked if they can boil Maggie, which we told them we will buy. We were denied again and this time little rudely. The man taking orders in the dining room should learn little politeness and cooperation with guests. I mean boiling Maggie takes zero effort literally. 3. The same person during our dinner asked us to vacate our table as he said other guests are waiting. He didn't ask other's to do the same. I think we told him that we are locals thats why the apathy. I have never visited such hotel whose staff acts this rude to the customers. We payed 11 k for two rooms but they treated us like we were there for free. The person taking orders in dining room should learn hospitality.

A Boutique Hotel
Very good property - nicely done interior, picturesque exterior, well landscaped garden, good location. Staff is quite cordial and supportive. Standard of food is good. Breakfast spread is decent. Overall we had time at the property.

Good Stay
I was Stayed with my family. Resort Location is very good, you feel like you are in lap of nature. In food Stella 's pizza is awesome, restaurant food is yummy also. You can enjoy bonfire in night also. Treehouse in middle of garden is attractive to some of tourist. Overall very good service, Humble staff with good behaviour, yummy delicious Pizza and other food.

Not a Coast Worth
Room provided by hotel was very old , bathroom water running outside, staff is good. Amenities provided at the property not as per Price, overall experience is not Good.

One of the best resort in Dalhousie
A truly relaxing and memorable stay! The resort exceeded our expectations with its beautiful surroundings, well-maintained property, and warm hospitality. The staff was courteous and always ready to help.Specific thanks to Sanjay, Pawan, Dinesh and Kajal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view. Loved the food and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Resort is on hill top and easy to locate. 100mts from bijis park. Well maintained property with excellent hospitality. Staff is very supportive. Himachali hospitality rocks.

Average Stay
Hotel is great and scenic but the breakfast is pathetic. Normal dinner was ok, but otherwise dinner was also not good. Staff other than the receptionist was very good.
