Review Of Hotel Nature Valley

It is a very beautiful property in a peaceful location. The rooms are spacious, and the food is of good quality. Staff is polite with good etiquette. Met the owner today, he was very helpful.

this is 3star or less hotel. Service is bad.. 1) lift do not work 24x7 2) Hot water do not supply 24X 7

Pros : The location is good, room size was good. Prompt room service. Attentive and Helpful frontdesk. Cons : 50 percent view is of green hills, rest is of houses, food taste and quality needs a lot of improvement ( it is ok). Bathrooms need better maintenance.

If you want to stay in a quite place with a feel of surrounding mountains, it's a decent hotel. Food was ok, we stayed for 4 days with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast options were nice. Hospitality was also good, staff was nice.

Hospitality was average and food was also not upto the mark. Infra was good.

They are not giving me refund of two days rent when i checked out after one day due to health issues.

Location - 3 out 5 (the hotel is around 20 minutes before dalhousie. Room - 1 out of 5 size is small. Cleanliness - rooms were clean but sofas are not specifically in the room we stayed for first do days of our stay. Washroom - very bad stinking smell because of which we have even got our room changed as that smell was coming in room also and was very strong. AC - 0 out of 5. They have centrally controlled air conditioned system which we cannot set from room and they expect guest to call reception for every setting changed required even during night so one person have to stay awake whole night for this task. Value for money - 0 out of 5.i have stayed in many hotels almost of the same worth but this hotel and comparing our earlier experiences this hotel is not worth more than 2000-2500 per night that too if you can compromise on Air conditioning front. Staff behaviour - Except Mr. Rathore from restaurant team no one from the staff is much cooperative and tries to suppress the requests by avoiding untill you don't call them twice or thrice. Experienced this in at least 4 cases in my 3 days stay. Request acceptance - no additional request will be entertained by any of staff members citing management reasons. My requests which didn't got entertained : 1) Tawa roti for kids (which any other till hotel till now has not turned down even in South India even on paid basis they replied that we have only tandoor) 2) Car cleaning on paid basis only from outside (they said our staff is busy, this also all the good hotels entertains) At last would not like to suggest this hotel to anyone else for booking as it can waste your precious vacation time which working working guys got very hardly. Money is always a secondary matter but quality time always matter.

Nature valley was nyc property all staff members were good and supportive i n joyed very much there property was superb food taste was good i feel good in nature valley view was awesome from balcony all services was good so my experience to live there was excellent

It was amazing to stay there, when we booked were little worried about property & their service. But views are changed now after staying. Thanks for staff for great service we got. Food was also great.

Bed was comfy, i had a package with meals. Service at the dinning facility was outstanding how every after paying close to 8k a night. They should at-least have a referegrator and a microwave also there is no ac in the rooms where as discription said it had one. Over all 6. 5/10.
