Basic Amenities Let us Down
Room Accommodation: I booked a suite room for my family of four (2 adults, 2 children aged 11 and 15). However, the hotel failed to provide extra bedding for the kids. Instead, they only provided mattresses, which wasn't comfortable for my children. Food The food taste was just okay, not impressive. Given the room category and price, I expected better quality. Overall Experience The hotel fell short in terms of basic amenities and service. For a suite room, I expected better accommodation arrangements for my family, including proper bedding for the kids. Rating: 3/5 stars

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at JK Clarks Exotica during my trip to Dalhousie, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Mall Road, which made exploring the town super convenient. Yet, it’s tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, with stunning views of the valley and mountains.

Good Stay
. The hotel was little for from mall road. Hotel was too good and services are also good.Food is also good and don’t expect view room. Overall experience is good.

Terrible Stay
The location of the hotel was good… room allotted to us had sting bee and honey bee inside and some small crawling insects which were getting into the luggage and bed. The bathroom was stinking badly and the floor was damaged which might hurt if you are bare footed. It’s not as per the standard you pay for forget about the basic comfort. The lighting was grossly inadequate. Then we ordered food for dinner and food was so poor and terrible that we had to complain about it. We ordered a aloo gobi sabji…. Which had 4 florets of gobi weighing not more than 25 grams in total and the rest is aloo and oil. Other foods were equally bad. Then the hotel didn’t provide a bill for the IRD . They are charging GST but not providing you with a Tax invoice. It’s bloody cheating

Best Views in Dalhousie
We had an excellent stay at this property. It's clean and well maintained. It has a central heating system. The service of the staff was courteous at all times and food was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying at this place and would love to come back and enjoy their hospitality.

Genuine review
Good hotel with great hospitality and food,the location is best with proper caring of hygiene.Food is quite expensive but staff is very cooperative and caring.But overall the our stay was good and we would again like to stay there in the same property whenever we would go to dalhousie

They don’t have a restaurant!
Only giving positive review because of warm staff behaviour and property cleanliness. I spent including breakfast and dinner to book my room hoping it to be a 4 star property but it was not even close. They don’t have a functioning restaurant which should have been mentioned by property . They are serving in a small conference room. The rooms they give for stay doesn’t have proper heating system so be prepared to ask for a heater or room change. The room interiors are completely different than shown in pictures. Old and shabby bathroom fittings and room interiors are a huge disappointment. Won’t recommend for the money you spend.

I had an amazing stay at jk clarks exotica. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
