The hotel was average and I did not feel like I stayed in a Suit room it was a very avg room and Food was very avg so overall I can say its very normal & average stay at this Hotel

Property was too old it wasn’t three star property at all

Excellent property situated near the market. The staff is very polite & supportive. The indoor swimming pool is plus for this hotel.

We booked the maharaja suite through mm t seeing the amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, mini bar etc. However upon reaching the hotel we were told by the hotel manager that swimming pool is not yet in operation as the summer has not yet started (yes in later half of may when the whole country is going through extream heatwave situation. For jacuzzi, manager told that it has been discontinued 4 years back and he is not sure why it's still appearing on mm t portal, however upon escalating the matter through mmt, hotel owner accepted that the jacuzzis were damaged by monkeys 2 months back (not sure how) and hence has been discontinued. The local mm t representative amit sohail was of no use and clearly conveyed that you will be provided whatever is mentioned in the mm t voucher which obviously is generated upon making payment in advance. Level of arrogance of mr amit was such that he even mentioned to do whatever i can do in this regards and told the hotel staff to do check out for me by providing half of the money paid by me as refund. Food specially dinner buffet was very average that can be found in any local dhaba. Views from the rooms were not at all worth the money. You can find much better and cheaper hotels in subhash ch-auk or gandhi ch-auk area. Overall very disappointing experience.

Our stay at hotel dalhousie heights was very nice. Nice hospitality, good service. Most importantly the view from the room was a very nice, soothing valley view.

The hotel was really nice. It had vintage vibes and still had a contemporary look. The staff was really cooperative, kind and courteous. They had a huge swimming pool which was unfortunately not available at the moment of our stay. The food was lavish, delicious and one of the best i've had in any hotel. Their kadhai pane-er is to die for. Amazing stay and would 100% recommend to any of you reading this review.

An amazing stay. The hotel is located just next to the city bus stand. The mall road is at a walkable distance from the hotel. The staff was very courteous. We got the recently renovated rooms and they were astonishing. The food is really tasty. The best thing it really felt homely. The lawn area was calm and had a serene atmosphere in the evening. I'll definitely visit again and refer the property to near and dear ones. Must visit !

Convenient location near the bus station. Neat and clean room and washroom. Clean sheets and towels. Helpful and courteous staff. Good indian food, simple menu, not spicy. Overall good value for money. View is a compromise with only the road or hotel front visible. Good as a night stay and sightseeing in the day.

Awesome location, good service, food is excellent, it's in the prime location. All rooms have a centralised heater. We got an opportunity to party at the hotel on 31st december 2023. Open lawn with bore fire and dj and unlimited snacks get your own drink. Everything was well organised. Thank you for hosting us #dalhousie hights

Hotel was good. But staff behaviour, service and food was jz average. Breakfast was really pathetic

We have booked this hotel through mmt, the hotel is near bus stand, we booked royal classic room which gives views of area near bus stand along with mountain view. A decent property with supportive staff. Rooms were nice, clean and cozy. We had a comfortable and pleasant time while enjoyed staying there. Among other amenties available in hotel, we used pool table and played tt as well.

This is an average hotel. There is nothing great to tell about this hotel. We visited during an off season period and there is hardly no occupancy. The hotel didn't switch on the room a. C/ heater. The only notable thing was that the attendant allocated to us was extremely a nice gentleman.

My first consideration in any hotel is hygiene. Dalhousie heights gets 100 out of 100 points on hygiene & cleanliness. Staff is very polite. Service is quick. Location is excellent. Food quality is nice. 100% safe for families. What else is required?

The rooms are decent, there is no spread in the breakfast or dinner menu. Location and view are just so off.

Average experience because facilities in hotel is not available as they shown in their advertisement they don't have velly view and food is not good

Stayed with family for 3 nights pros: very tasty food room size helpful staff and good room service cons need to work on hygiene. Pool and outside garden area is not clean
