The hotel is new and properly maintained. The staff is really good and courteous. The restaurant is nice, good food and hygienic. The rooms are clean and have a great view from the balcony.

Luckily we only stayed there for one day, but it was terrible stay. Our room was next to the kitchen, it was so noisy.. the rooms were not clean, there were spider webs in the room and the washroom, no hot water in the washroom, and the room was smelling so bad. We had to bring a room freshener with us. However when i booked it online i thought i will get a nice view from the room balcony, but no good view. I would definitely explore other options next time i visit Dalhousie

They had nice rooms. We liked it. View from room was good mountain view. Car parking was available.

great venue,excellent customer service staff was excellent including receptionist and servers, specially sheetal on of the server customers service stall was excellent took really good care of our family stay. highly recommend if you are visiting Dalhousie or bani khet. 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the luxury experiences in dalhousie at an affordable rate. The hotel, the room, the service, the food everything was top notch. All the rooms have an attached balcony with a mountain view. The hotel is just 10-15 minutes from the main dalhousie market, giving it a perfect option with easy access to the market and stay with the least commotion of the market. I would highly recommended this property for the stay in dalhousie.

It was a great time here. Everything was so neat n clean. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is at very good location. Rooms are very neat and clean. I found all Hotel staff very polite . The dining hall is well maintained. Everything else was excellent. It is excellent stay for family with kids and elders. 👍
