property's location was excellent and the after room upgradation window view was also awesome food was nice prepared and served. no extra masalas used and nice homely taste. buffet was also excellent hotel has interriors and lavish furniture. service and hotel staff was also polite. I would love to go there again.

familyHi we stayed for 2 nights. Hospitality was very poor, it seems like hotel staff do not care about guests. They do not put your luggage in the car when you checkout. Neither they say thank you for your stay very unprofessional behaviour. Hi i stayed for two nights at mastiff dalhousie. I don't like their hospitality at all. They don't even put our luggage in the car at the time of check out not even showing some gratitude by saying thank you at the time of check out. Very unprofessional behaviour. This hotel doesn't deserve to get a very good rating on make my trip.

Excellent Stay
At mastiff we had an amazing experience. Clean rooms, good food and very friendly staff. Also the location is good, non crowded surroundings. The staff gave us good guidance regarding tourist places and assisted us in making day plans. Breakfast was also good.

Hotel was very nice, room are so big and space full, hotel was located 6 to 7 km from main dalhousie and one more thing the location which is mentioned on mm t app is wrong please do search on google map or call hotel manager

A very good place for exploring natural beauty
The location of the hotel, catches your heart. The hospitality is too good. The room was very well maintained and clean. A little more things can be upgraded though for enhancing the quality. But the overall stay was awesome 😎👍. Food was good, but needed to be spicy.

familyOne of the best stay ever.. staff was very professional , polite, smiling. Staff was quick enough to attend to our needs. Room ,food was great. Dual AC converter was a plus point they provided in winter season .Kudos to such a professional staff n hotel chain. Best wishes . Keep it up

A beautiful hotel the owesome staff manager owner everyone was so helpful and co-oprative. Very decent and tasty food beautiful rooms fully equipped everything was so beautiful and the best part is the have upgraded our rooms without any additional cost so much to say the words are not enough if you are coming to Dalhousie must must must visit this hotel wonderful ambience a whole package provided in such low cost 10 stars from
