My Mother and I had visited Dharamshala for two days and we stayed at this NAMAMI BY ZENQ BANKHANDI as it provided connectivity for different places that we wanted to cover during our stay. The NAMAMI BY ZENQ BANKHANDI is located within the temple complex and it provides an easy access and connectivity to the temple. We had a great experience during our stay but there are a couple of major challenges: firstly, the bathroom is very small for the level of rooms that we took and this made things inconvenient; and, lastly, the service in the restaurant is very slow and it will frustrate you during your meal. I am not sure if it is because of mis-management in the kitchen or some other issues. You will often end up watching people shout on the waitress and the waiter but these guys look lost because most of the time the food is never on time. I hope they improve on these issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the NAMAMI BY ZENQ BANKHANDI—everything was absolutely top-notch! A special shout-out to the kitchen staff for the delicious Kangra Dham dishes, especially the Kheru and Chana Madhra—authentic flavors that made the experience truly memorable. The service, rooms, and overall hospitality were excellent. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to ensure that cars of overnight-staying guests are cleaned—this added touch would make the experience even more complete. Looking forward to coming back!

The NAMAMI BY ZENQ BANKHANDI is brand new and extremely clean. The veg restaurant serves delicious food. Last but not least, it is next to Ma Baglemukhi temple that makes it extra convenient for people who want to visit temples and perform Havana till late night.

Firstly it is at very convenient place to visit Maa Baglamukhi temple. Room had every facility one may require. It was very neat & clean & very supportive staff. Food was so delicious, we had got it opportunity to have it after a long time.👍

Location is at its prime. Food was Good and tasty. Amenities were properly enjoyed. Services at room was immediate but it was very poor and slow in restaurant. Total stay was excellent. Will enjoy the property again very soon.

It was a peaceful stay. Very warm and welcoming staff. This was my second stay in this NAMAMI BY ZENQ BANKHANDI. Very clean and food is also very good. Temple is at walking distance of 2 3 minutes.
