INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA

I was able to book a room with green view balcony. It overlooked the war memorial ground. An except-able view to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning snd evening. The INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA has a likable newness. Seems like newly constructed with good quality furniture and fittings. The food was exceptionally good. Giving a good range to choose from. A good idea to pre-book breakfast and dinner with the room. The INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA is located close to dharamshala bye- pass, which i did not find a disadvantage. I recommend this INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA.

The property is good to stay, spacious rooms, good amenities like swimming pool, restaurant etc. The food quality is also good, need to focus on more variety in the dinner buffet balancing the vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Restaurant staff needs to be more aggressive, managerial personnel must be easy available while the buffets is going on, to look upon the speedy service and better guest experience. Overall it is a good experience.

The services and staff behaviour is just amazing. The rooms were clean and beautiful with proper well-maintained amenities. The food was also tasty and wasn't much costly. The best part was that while leaving from the INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA, the whole staff (including the manager), which was present at the moment near the exit gates and the reception, they came to the gate and they even placed my bag in the bus and very nicely greeted me a happy journey.

Room was great with a nice view. Front desk staff professional and courteous. Was able to get shuttle to airport at fair price. Only negative would be that since my room was right below the bar on top floor, the wooden chairs being moved disturbed my sleep a few times at night.

Property is very beautiful, neat and clean. Staff is very polite and co-operative. Food quality is on the top. This trio is unforgettable. I would suggest to everyone who is coming to visit dhramshala they must stay in this propetry.

The property was absolutely a delight. Location was great in the right neighbourhood, the complementary breakfast spread was great and of course the hygiene and curtesy were awesome. Would positively recommend to anyone.

Though it was a short stay, it was good experience. Hospitality of INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA staff was very nice & pleasant. Gaurav arranged for trek & camping at Triund peak. It was a memorable one. Food was good.

Our stay at INFINITEA CENTRIC was very comfortable. We had experienced a amazing time there and the food was really very delicious and staff was very friendly.

Great location. Nice food, very polite and helpful staff. Just opposite war museum and garden, great for morning walks on bypass road . Daily went to circuit house and tea garden for walk.

A new property with excellent service culture. Staff is so good that it overshadows their food which surely has scope of improvement for a trained palate. An excellent stay otherwise.
