Excellent Stay
hotel is drscent and very appropriate to the price and facilities that it provides. spacious rooms with descent aminities made this hotel useful. I personally stayed in this hotel for more than 4-5 times now. I recommend this hotel to family and friends. they have good reaturant as well.

it's been more than 10 years of experience in staying at hotels. This one is exceptional. The pickup and drop service, the room size,the hygiene, the breakfast 😋. Don't believe me. book for a night then you will realise.

comfortable stay
Place was good. It’s better to add breakfast and dinner while booking, if you buy anything it charges more. One tea was charged 50 rps and one curd bowl charged 120 rps. My request is to add room heater in the room while booking, We paid 300 per day for room heater. Hotel provided free pick up and drop till bus point.

Guests who opt for meal plans while booking receive them at discounted package rates, whereas à la carte orders are charged as per the menu. As for the room heater, it is an additional facility provided on request during the winter months, and the daily charge covers the high electricity consumption typical in hill stations like ours. We provide large pillar-type tower heaters in guest rooms to ensure warmth and comfort, and all hotels in Manali follow similar practices and charge separately for heater usage. We always strive to maintain transparency in our pricing and services while ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again soon.

Regarding the approach road, it’s a public road maintained by the local authorities. Due to continuous heavy rainfall over the past four months of the monsoon season across Manali, a small 10-meter stretch may have become slightly rough; however, the rest of the road remains in good condition. Being a hill station, occasional issues of this nature are unfortunately beyond our control. About your comment on the food being average, this is the first time we’ve received such feedback, as most of our guests appreciate and enjoy the taste and quality of our meals. Our kitchen team always strives to maintain both taste and health in every dish, and we’re sorry if the food did not meet your expectations. Nice experience, food was awesome
Had a great time at Thomas villa. Loved the view and their prompt service. Location is very lovely. Nicely viewed sun rise. Away from busy road yet near to places of interest. Rooms are very spacious and clean. An extremely amazing mountain view from the room. hotel staff are very good and really helpful. Their complimentary breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes, And all were delicious. Every time I would love to stay in same hotel because of wonderful view.

Completely Misleading – Avoid Thomas Villa at All Costs
I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment. Please do not fall for the fake reviews about Thomas Villa — they are highly misleading, and it seems many of them are paid or manipulated. We were also trapped by these reviews, and what we experienced was nothing like what was promised. The photos are fake or heavily edited — the actual condition of the property is nowhere close to what you see online. Rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel is extremely difficult to reach, with no clear directions, no proper signage, and almost zero support from the staff. We struggled for hours trying to locate the place. What you book online and what you get in reality are two entirely different things. It felt like a complete scam. I’m literally begging others not to fall into the same trap — don’t waste your money, time, or energy. You’ve been warned.
