I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment. Please do not fall for the fake reviews about Thomas Villa — they are highly misleading, and it seems many of them are paid or manipulated. We were also trapped by these reviews, and what we experienced was nothing like what was promised.
The photos are fake or heavily edited — the actual condition of the property is nowhere close to what you see online. Rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the hotel is extremely difficult to reach, with no clear directions, no proper signage, and almost zero support from the staff. We struggled for hours trying to locate the place.
What you book online and what you get in reality are two entirely different things. It felt like a complete scam. I’m literally begging others not to fall into the same trap — don’t waste your money, time, or energy.

3. Our property is just 300m from the main road (a 3-minute walk), and our staff is always available to assist with directions. We apologize if you faced difficulties and will work to make directions even more precise. We value your feedback and will use it to improve. While we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our property is a “scam”. Many guests have enjoyed their stays here, and our commitment remains to provide a comfortable and authentic experience. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide you with the stay you had hoped for.
