hotel road is so terrible.my family get panic.room have no air conditioning system.and hotel is not near Manali room is big clean but road to hotel is so terrible you can't believe that you can find .i order tandoori chicken full.after taking order they call me again and said I have prepared chicken nuggets instead of tandoori chicken.i don't know how to answer him.i eat . food price is good.but you can't believe you stay in hotel.its farm house like.

Firstly road to hotel is in very poor condition and narrow Only small car could travel on them Secondly, room does not have air conditioning or air purifiers but we can see them in picture which makes it misleading advertisement. Thirdly, there breakfast buffet does not have sufficient quantity of food . Everyone was running around asking for food . Lastly, they don’t have lifts

New hotel located in peaceful surroundings with Apple orchard but food was disappointing and also management was not very good

the place is amazing.the staff is so coprative and great. we stayed 3 nights it's worth a stay and location.we came with our dog he too lived their,he enjoyed with smarty(hotel's dog). food is amazing too. overall must visit.

2 night 3 days stay, it was comfortable and price was reasonable, facilities as promised.GoodFood, beautiful view from all sides of the property. staff behaviour was excellent and even the manager was taking note of everything. Bar was also good and specially the library. Naggar,Kullu and manali all at even distance.

Atithi Devo bhava. Felt like home, beautiful environment and hospitality was so so great that their concerns about us from travelling to stay in hotel was awesome. Nice breakfast with lots of variety in menu. Restaurant preparation was great. Good food. They guided us from start of journey till we reached there. GREAT HOSPITALITY. Beautiful view from balcony. Beautiful luxurious rooms.

The stay was very pleasant and staff is helpful. the approach road of 300 metre patch is rough. But will be made soon.

Great experience staying here, the staff is friendly also, the food was good and not too much costly as per the area. Just the rooms are a bit expensive. I stayed in luxury room with Jacuzzi.

The property location is pathetic because the way to the property is very rough road difficulty in driving and there were no room amenities also the service is very poor because there were very few staff at the property therefore i doesn’t get any support from checking out of the property. Very poor stay at the property.

What a gem of a hotel! Recently visited The Voyage by Kaizen, Manali. The efficient check-in/check-out process, the elegant décor of the rooms, the mesmerizing view, each moment was delightful. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Special mention to Subham and Gaurav for their exceptional service and humble nature. Thank you so much for making out trip memorable.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the spot. The views are unreal – mountains and the bathrooms with tubs overlooking the valley were just wow. It felt like I was in a dream. Everyone there was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The service is top-notch, and the whole vibe is peaceful, with the sound of birds chirping and the calm of the mountains all around.
