Good Hotel Spacious Rooms. Good room facilities. Good Food and good service. Very polite staff and always ready to help. Mr.Siddharth and Mr.Lavanya made our stay comfortable. Good Location little bit inside but hotel staff is very cooperative and polite.

Filthy beds, no proper parking had to come down to remove my car so that Travellers can be parked. Don't ever book here you can't even sit in the balcony as very foul smell comes from the drainage. Towels were in very bad conditions no proper handwash, water in the bathroom had low pressure or not at all coming

Was good staying there, but services was too slow nd took so much time to deliver the food

All is well nothing serious to complain but there is issue of hot water in maharaja suit. I stayed their for two night but both mornings i have to call on reception for hot water & have to wait too long to get bath.

I think this is the best hotel for married couple the staff and other executives behavior satisfied all your needs.

NC view clean room good staff

We are two hours late reached at this resort cum hotel, but the room is not ready that time, again waited for further 15 to 20 minutes to the ready room.

Hotel is at very good location. Hotel was very well maintained.

Hospitality was good, service was fine, food is location of hotel is a bit inside where cabs are infrequent so we had to manage by walking till main Road.

Everything need to ask again. Towels, bathroom essentials. Construction and work in progress. Need to be more professionalised.

Location of the resort is awesome, food was delicious and courteous staff. The rooms had amazing view and everything was very well managed and maintained. Overall we had a comfortable stay, will come back again for a longer vacation

The place was clean and beautiful. The staff service was excellent. The room and bathroom was very spacious and lovely. The breakfast during morning was excellent. When ever we need something and request for it, it's done right away. The staff were always asking about our needs. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place too.

Awesome,staff was very polite and helped us with local sight seeing,very near to Volvo bus stand and food was also good,rooms were very neat and clean and view from back room towards orchards was really very good.
