One of the worst Guests we have ever hosted, after the room was booked i called the guest and informed the guest that we have listed 4 family rooms and the room available is this and the pictures of the same was shared to guest over whatsapp and then guest started asking to change the room, i told the guest what you have booked is provided to you, and the same is written in listing description, then he said who read about before booking, i told the guest you can go for cancellation if you don't like, i will process the refund. The guest said that ok for cancellation after 30 minutes he called back and said he was in anger and said for cancellation by mistake, i said ok if you would like to go for it, and i double confirmed to make sure there is no hussle at the time of checkin but instincts were correct, they came and said they have not booked this, i told the guest you have booked the same and i gave you pictures of the same to confirm, yet again the same thing started he said he would like to cancel after checkin which was around 11 in the night, i even it is ok you can request for cancellation and i approve the request and you will get the refund, but again after 30 minutes he said he ok, the guest was in the impression that i will deny for refund and he will try to take advantage of situation of free food, and other paid amenities. He also gave me the danger alert that he will leave a bad review everywhere i said you can do that, i do have my part to write and i will report the same with proof which i have screenshot of conversation of whatsapp and recordings of calls for what you said. While the stay entire staff was in service and it was very fast and they were serving out of kitchen timings but the guests were creating regular problems, like he said sauce with fries is not served, and i checked with staff they said they, then they were calling conitnued fans are not working, i checked with staff again they said they shown at the time of checkin and twice again, it was working, finally after all this hussle i went to their room to check and verify and i saw the sauce was in their plate, fans were working well, and then i asked guests what is wrong and if you will do like this, unfortunately i will have to complain for the same and then they stopped and everything was ok. In the morning, breakfast was included, the kitchen opening time was told innight and staff had informed but they started calling for breakfast at 5:00 am, it was told that kitchen and breakfast timing starts from 8:00 am but they didn't stop to create ruckus, and they had breakfast. Apart from these guests where were families with the kids and aged people and we care for everyone, and we cared for them and their needs even in the midnight, and odd timings. You can see all reviews and they are real and they real because they are not lot. Guests like these are not good and i don't recommend to other property owners because their agenda is to enjoy free services with giving danger of leaving bad review. OVERALL I AM SURE PEOPLE WILL READ MY REPLY AND WILL TRUST US AND OUR SERVICES.

Hi isha, sorry to hear about your experience. Honestly, giving false reviews for money or free doesn't make work sense and doesn't work these days. I am ashish and i was there at location. I am happy to revert your with your written comments. - the location is accessible via car, how come your car was parked in front of our premises, if you need the cctv footage, i can provide you. That was your choice day 1 that you don't want to take your on property front and staff does offer to take your car safely to property. But you denied and was rude and listening nothing. Next day, your car was in front of property and that was drove by you guys only when you saw cars are moving without any problem, and you guys did it. Unsure what happened with the car accessibility end of day. Apart from that, i (aashish) offered you to cancel the booking and get refund even mmt policy doesn't allow. I clearly told if you are not comfortable you can cancel and get the money from mmt as i had not received the money yet. This is homestay and you were expecting the things to work like a hotel, meaning need food quicly, we serve and prepare freshly like home and it was told even that you were not understanding, and listening nothing. I even helped with your tour and organizing the taxi to roam around at best possible vendor and best service and you told yourself to me it was good and here online you are writing different. - about the cleaning, the room was cleaned and sanitised closed before the checkin but it was your choice to go to different room which was recently checked-out and you were so in hurry that look like robots are there. Humans are working and requies time clean up. Later you switched back to you room which was original booked, the staff was very flexible to help you with your comfortable. You had changed room multiple times and even room was clear still, got room cleaned twice and staff didn't denied to do so. Still, you were unhappy. We tried our best and does always, i even welcomed to come back again. Because, our goal to make the trip happiest and life memory. But when one doesn't want we can't do anything. The mind has to be paitent and nature here in manali is what is loving and eye cathing. Hope to have your next great trip. Apologies, again if something still was uncomfortable. Thanks aashish

Hello Mazid, I was wondering about your comments. Regarding hospitality, we always make sure that we can deliver every piece of information. We never heard or got a call from your room about any complaint while you were staying, think about how staff could be rude. Location is clearly visible on company and it is told also when the room was booked. We never heard about the insecurity from any of the guest so far. Wanted to know where it was felt like that as there are many cottages nearby and the Road is running all the time. When you came in and we saw that one person is vomiting. We served lemonade right away as a welcome drink to please and to make sure we care for our guests. Also, we provided an upgraded room with River and mountain view with no additional price. Although, the economy room was booked. Basics, like towels, toiletries are always present. We have installed dispenser for the soap and body wash and before check-in everything is carefully checked by staff. I Am sure that was not a problem in that. Moreover, we just saw the bad review and not really sure why the guest has written this. We always care and welcome our guests with healthy and hygienic food and environment. I welcome you to come and stay again and talk to us in case anything is not up to the mark. Thank you
