One of the worst Guests we have ever hosted, after the room was booked i called the guest and informed the guest that we have listed 4 family rooms and the room available is this and the pictures of the same was shared to guest over whatsapp and then guest started asking to change the room, i told the guest what you have booked is provided to you, and the same is written in listing description, then he said who read about before booking, i told the guest you can go for cancellation if you don't like, i will process the refund. The guest said that ok for cancellation after 30 minutes he called back and said he was in anger and said for cancellation by mistake, i said ok if you would like to go for it, and i double confirmed to make sure there is no hussle at the time of checkin but instincts were correct, they came and said they have not booked this, i told the guest you have booked the same and i gave you pictures of the same to confirm, yet again the same thing started he said he would like to cancel after checkin which was around 11 in the night, i even it is ok you can request for cancellation and i approve the request and you will get the refund, but again after 30 minutes he said he ok, the guest was in the impression that i will deny for refund and he will try to take advantage of situation of free food, and other paid amenities. He also gave me the danger alert that he will leave a bad review everywhere i said you can do that, i do have my part to write and i will report the same with proof which i have screenshot of conversation of whatsapp and recordings of calls for what you said.
While the stay entire staff was in service and it was very fast and they were serving out of kitchen timings but the guests were creating regular problems, like he said sauce with fries is not served, and i checked with staff they said they, then they were calling conitnued fans are not working, i checked with staff again they said they shown at the time of checkin and twice again, it was working, finally after all this hussle i went to their room to check and verify and i saw the sauce was in their plate, fans were working well, and then i asked guests what is wrong and if you will do like this, unfortunately i will have to complain for the same and then they stopped and everything was ok.
In the morning, breakfast was included, the kitchen opening time was told innight and staff had informed but they started calling for breakfast at 5:00 am, it was told that kitchen and breakfast timing starts from 8:00 am but they didn't stop to create ruckus, and they had breakfast.
Apart from these guests where were families with the kids and aged people and we care for everyone, and we cared for them and their needs even in the midnight, and odd timings. You can see all reviews and they are real and they real because they are not lot.
Guests like these are not good and i don't recommend to other property owners because their agenda is to enjoy free services with giving danger of leaving bad review.
