allover 2 star hotel bhi nahi hai . please is hotel me mat aana bhul kar bhi .. maine aaj checkout kia hai 3 days stay kia .. firstlly hotel me lift band pdi thi jo ki thik hi nhi hui aur room me ac ke cut maarte rhte hai niche se hi ... maine ac on karke soya fir dekha raat ko 1 hour ke baad unhone khud ac niche se band kar dia . room me facility show karte hai ki ye hai wo hai kch bhi nahi mili thik se .... allover itne paise lgane ke baad is hotel ki service worth uska 10% bhi nahi hai mera to pura trip khrab ho gya is hotel me stay karke totally worthless .

During your stay, there was a local electricity issue in Manali which temporarily affected the lift and AC — a situation beyond our control, and communicated to all guests. - Our team made continuous efforts to ensure your comfort despite these external limitations. It's disheartening to receive such a harsh review, especially when facts are misrepresented. coupleWe stayed here for 4 days. First let me start with payment mode experience at checkout, receptionist doesn’t know how to operate a machine to swipe card. Initially they said only up i mode is accepted, this was never informed before. Coming to food: they only have 4 items in breakfast n they keep repeating everyday. We reached hotel at 9pm and there was no 1 at reception n everyone are sleeping. Complete worst experience. Only thing which i liked here is window view from my hotel
