Excellent Stay

The location location of the hotel was excellent with a very beautiful unobstructed picturesque of mountain ranges. The room was very decorative, nicely arranged with a private balcony for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the nature. The food was very tasty, savory and delicious. I will come again and again for their moth-watering tasty and zesty food to have near pool in their beautiful garden with bonfire and arrangements of games for kids as well as for adults. The behaviour of the staffs and room service was superb. I will give 10 out of 10 for their courtious, politeness and good behaviour. The mall road is 2.5 km from hotel and you can get an auto from Hidimba Temple with a walkable distance. You can also get a bike or scooty on hire for local sightseeing and the scooty booking counter is opposite to the hotel. Finally thank you very much for a wonderful, enjoyable and a very relaxing stay at your hotel

Nice ambience and staff were very polite . My kid really enjoyed the swimming pool and the recreation areas. We took two meal from these place. Proper hygiene and food was too tasty but yes food is little expensive so we preffered taking most of our meal outside.Overall.it had been a good experience staying at this hotel. Very safe,Hygiene,polite staff and good open recreation area make it a right choice. And offcourse lastly it is a nice isolated and silent place on top of the hill

it’s very hard to find.make sure you take local taxi.Hotel is good.Breakfast is good.room coffee maker dirty.Road is very bad .No signs lead to hotel.Over all hotel is good if you reach there easily.

Pros : location is good , view is very nice , food was tasty and service was good. Staff was helpful.. Cons : Approach road was a bit steep and narrow , dusting needs improvement and rotis should be aata and not maida. Everything else was good.

the hotel is at the perfect location with a incredible view of the snow capped mountains from the gallery. the Barbosa room is same as on the website. the service is 10/10. Good food not over priced and room service is 6/10 coz the floor was not mopped.

Such a warm and welcoming place! from the room to the restaurant to the outdoor sitting area, everything was well designed. We spent our evenings by the bonfire with other guests and had some amazing conversations under the stars.
