Food is bad, namesake amenities, poor services. Its not a 4 star hotel, make my trip must explain why the hotel is categorised as 4 star, I booked due to my trust in MMT, will be very careful from here on. the hotel is beat described as a "building" with hardly any amenities. not sure why i have paid such high rates per night. When i checked out in the morning there is hardly anyone at reception, reception lights are off, no security, anyone can come to your room at night, no one attended even for checkout, had to pull out my own bags and even unsure of what to do with the keys, i left the key inside the room. No one attends calls to provide basic amenities like water in the morning. Overall the hotel itself is only a building with a riverside restaurant and a live band performing next to the restaurant seats within the premise. My room was on the first floor (103) and anyone sitting in the restaurant can fully peek into my room, no privacy. Restaurant food was awful, half-cooked, I went outside to have dinner. Interestingly to highlight the resturant charges 18 percent GST on FOOD citing some laws, however in my last 4 days i have stayed in 3 5-star hotels and paid only 5 percent GST. Moreover, when this point was raised to the front desk, they defended and later said they will waive off the GST which they did. My question is how can MMT rate a property where basic security is missing, there is no privacy, amenities are 2/3 star. Even the average airbnb's provide better services. it cannot be that a 4 star rated restaurant falls so below that there is even basic amenities, services, secutiy and provacy lacking. Can Mmt explaon why the hotel charges per night for nothing. trusting MMT keeping in view the hotel amenities and experience, i urge mmt to take this seriously, and refund my money back .

It was a pleasure trip with my family for a night to kasol. Due to incessant rains, we could not enjoyed the outer side of the hotel. Food is good, service is excellent. But Mr. Rahul need to understand the need of parking, my driver spent his night in the car as parking was not available, itvwas a chilli night for him.scary really.

Room given was not good. Property was under construction so it was very noise the whole day. WIFI was not working. Room service is very slow

Location, food, amenities and services where good but the size of room was too small and compact. Mr sabin gurung was very cooperative and cheerful and supported very much. Meals and rent of room is very costly.

I would have given 5 star rating for this property but i deducted 2 stars due to the reasons which i will be mentioning in this review. I booked this property for 2 nights. Impression upon arrival was good. Although we arrived almost one hour before the scheduled check-in time but the receptionist was kind enough to get our room ready quickly. First impression of the room was great - it was nicely made up but as soon as we opened the curtains, the view was a big turn-off. I’m talking about room no. 304. They are extending the hotel building and the extension part is under-construction. I have attached the pics which clearly show the ugly view which will be visible from the big windows from all the rooms ending with digit 4 i. E. 104, 204, 304 and 404. My honest advice to all future guests - avoid staying in these rooms unless they offer you good discount. Although they changed our room for the next day but they spoiled our first day’s stay. I will also enumerate the good points of our 2 day stay - - decor, location, landscape, cleanliness, food quality and maintenance is good. - service and staff behaviour is good. I would like to convey my gratitude to one of their all-rounder staff member mr. Sabin who tried his best to make our stay comfortable.

Property is very nice and located on the main road. Even though staff is very short but Shabin helped a lot and attended us nicely. Ours was long stay still we enjoyed a lot.

Very good hotel with riverfront to enjoy your evenings. Stayed for 1 day only and had good fun. Do visit kasol market and manikaran.

It's a grt hotel 🏨 to stay ...grt rooms ,grt food,grt view near the river .....just one of the category rooms are little small ...rest all grt .... One of the best hotels to stay in kasol ....

Location is good. Property well maintained. Food is good. Well behaved staff. Needs more grooming specially reception. Cons: rooms are very small for the amount they charge. No basic stuff kept in bathroom, need to ask. Shampoo and shower gel in same container. No welcome drink on arrival. Bed heating was plus point. Overall price on higher side for what u get.
